Not only do these folks have wonderful products, the staff makes the experience wonderful. I have enjoyed coming here whenever I can visit Frederick, and even in this very strange time, they were able to accommodate me (online, and extremely efficiently). I do hope this business will continue to do well despite all the craziness.

I love the olive oils and the balsamic vinegar selection and the freshness of it all! Even though we are in a pandemic, you can still place your order at the door and someone will assist you.

The employees here are so nice and helpful! Maggie the owner, is very knowledgeable on her products and pleased to recommend delicious recipes for you to try at home. They also offer cooking classes and special gatherings at the store. They have quite the selection of products and always have something new to try. We love stopping in and sampling their oil and vinegar. We usually have a good conversation and end up leaving with something new to take home. We definitely recommend this hidden gem of Frederick!

Good selection of olive oils and vinegars. I went specifically for flavored olive oils and found a lot of different tastes to satisfy whatever youre using olive oil for. I went for the Baklouti Green Chili, it has a definite kick but a great green pepper flavor. Prices were pretty reasonable for infused olive oils.

Love the layout, love the selection, and the ability to taste everything. Favorites have been the garlic olive oil, butter olive oil, and blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar. I recently got a bottle of an oil that I cannot spell but smells green and tastes amazing with pork. Very excited to test the other oils and vinegar I have!

Helpful and friendly staff. Youll never buy dressing again when you can make super delicious ones with the products here. And bonus you find out all the other things to use oils and vinegars for. Ice cream toppers, to add incredible flavor to veggies/eggs/marinades. The possibilities are endless and youll just want some of everything. My favorites are always the Harissa, Lemon, Gremolata oils & all the fruit flavored vinegars. Perfect for gifting (and to take home for yourself)!

Great selection of different oils and vinegars! The woman who is running the store is young, but does have experience in cooking and using the oils and vinegars in a variety of dishes and is knowledgeable in the health benefits of both products. The store is in a nice disctrict of the town where other shops are located for a nice leisurely walk.
