First Experience was great. The team came out and did an excellent job mounting a tv over a fireplace.Second experience, not so good. I called and clearly indicated what I needed to be done. I advised that I needed a sound bar mounted and a door lock. I was told that the team could come out and do a consultation, and then would be able to complete those items while they were here. This was not the case. When they came this had not been communicated to them, and they had no time other then to look and give me an estimate. Another wasted day. I am not sure what companies think about a customers time, but many of us have extremely busy schedules and simply cannot afford to schedule multiple appointments to get tasks done. It is frustrating when I clearly communicate what needs to be done, am told one thing, and they delivered something different. Probably Wont be doing business here again. As a business, say what you mean and mean what you say. And if you promise to do something and dont, make it right. I will see what they do, but at this point my review is a 2. We will see if there is some follow up or not.

The worst customer service, unprofessional and pure mean technician. They quote us one price and the price changed dramatically when the job was done. will never do business with them again. dishonest business, very disappointed.

Unbeatable customer service! Our experience with Bridged Technology was outstanding! They were so responsive and helpful. We reached out on a weekend and immediately received a call back. Not only was a service technician at our home in a day, but his solution was extremely honest and his concern was for us and our home. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! Nick & Mike came in for a free consultation, examined how they could fix it, and were professionals on ensuring the job was done right. Two techs called before arriving to give me an ETA, they were early for the scheduled appointment. They installed my new LED TV on an existing bracket, they were very thorough, precise, and had all of the right tools and hardware. I would hesitate to recommend.

Willing to come out on a Saturday morning to mount 3 TVs for me. I just moved and wanted them up on the wall ASAP. This was only two days after I inquired about the work.Friendly guys, first class workmanship, highly recommend!

I had really great customer service from Bridged Technology. I emailed them in the evening, received a call, and had an appointment set up for a quote the following day. Denton came out and was able to do the job himself then and there. He talked me through what was going on and answered questions I had. The only advice I would give would be to tell the customer what the cost is going to be before proceeding. Everything looks great and I would definitely use them again!

Bridged Technology was able to reconnect and get my very old roof antenna to work again, giving us a nice, clear picture on our not cable-enabled television. They were very easy to work with and very talented.

Amazing work, the saying goes you get what you pay for, and with this team of experts you not only get a quality job but you get there expertise and they will get you up and running correctly. I thought i was only getting 2 TVs mounted on my wall but they not only mounted the TVs perfectly but hey also hooked everything (cable, play station, Netflix, hulu) up correctly. Would 100% recommend these guys.

Good morning, Its rare that I write a review unless my experience was beyond my expectations. My family was having a confirmation party for my son in 3 days and my outdoor sound system was not functioning properly. The Bridged technology team made time to squeeze me in as an emergency and worked about up to dark rewiring my sound system . They were knowledgeable on every aspect of the job, respectful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend the Bridged technology team and in process with another list of projects for them though not quite the emergency job they just completed. Great job guys . The team of Denton and Sean, were terrific at troubleshooting the installation of a new Denon receiver with my home theater system. They got it configured perfectly and demonstrated to my husband and I, in detail, how to use it. After almost 6 hours of struggling to get my computer to work, assisted by a technology company, I was frustrated beyond belief. I found a business card in the lobby of my building for Bridged Technology, with the name Denton Powell. I called and he was here the next day. A gentleman and technological genius.
