Most unfriendly sales department I ever experienced. I walked out and could not get myself to spend 15K (cash) there. If their sales department and the owners unfriendliness are a representation of their maintenance department as well, good luck to you....Honestly dont understand how a place like this is still in business. My business goes to Berkley Springs or Hagerstown instead, both an example of professionalism and customer service.
