Great customer service. I cant imagine the women who answers calls bring rude. She was a pleasure to work with. We will be repeat customers.

I was hesitant to go here seeing some of the reviews. Both employees I spoke with, including the lady at the front desk, were more than polite and helpful. They were even willing to make an exception for some of the strange quantities I needed. I will absolutely return, screened topsoil was great quality.

The reviews really make you think the customer service here is bogus but Im starting to think its the customers. Upon walking in I was greatest by the sweetest lady. I asked her if I could park where I was and she was relieved because no one has asked that we laughed and I asked her for help and said how sweet she was. She said thats not what theyve been saying and Im honestly so shocked because she was an angel. I think its the way you come across and treat people. Shes an older lady and we all have our bad days but I find it hard to believe she was ever rude without someone being rude to her first. Anyway Ill be back when I need more supplies ❤️

Second time customer, both times very happy. Really good customer service on the phone, delivery was efficient and exactly where I wanted it. I will continue to get bulk goods here.

Called just to get pricing lady on the phone was very rude basically said maam I have other customers and dont have time you do the math she never gave me the opportunity to ask how soon they could even deliver. I would never deal with them based on this first time phone call experience

Arrived arrived on a Saturday in the office before the 1 PM closing time and was told that the store was closed, I pointed out that it was not 1pm and the woman behind the counter stated “ We are closed!!”Wow this is the RELS Located in Frederick. All them behind the counter fairy very rude.

Absolutely fantastic! So nice, wonderful customer service, great prices I was so pleasantly surprised by their ability to be kind and business like at the same time... It is so rare no a days. I have already recommended them to friends and will definitely be using them again.

I love having a place so close with reasonable prices but I probably wont be going back. My experience with the rude lady at the front desk was horrible. What a shame because the guys there have always been nothing but great.

I have been a customer with Rels for 5 years. Every spring we order 12 or so yards of their double shredded black mulch. This year we did the same. However, I will never be doing business with this company again. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me. I suggest hiring someone else to take orders or check your attitude. This has happen on multiple occasions this seasons when I’ve stopped in to buy plants or ask about their products.

Unfortunately, my husband just had a really bad experience from you guys; I wish I could say the same of the others reviews but I can’t. I don’t know if he got you on a bad day but there’s no reason to yell to people just because, yes he might be earlier than usual but that’s not a reason to treat people like that.I hope you can change that morning attitude.

I drove up to the place walked up the rickety stairs tripped over the stairs walked into the building told the person who was sitting down I guess doing orders at the stairs needed to be replacedand that I had tripped over them and all she said was the owner was aware of the steps needed to be replaced she did not apologize for their condition until because of her attitude I told her I was going to take my business elsewhereI was not impressed with the person who was behind the counter there at that landscape yard they lost an $1,100 sale because of it

Bulk sales large small river rock 4 rip rap blue stone to fill those crevices that hard rainfall washes away. lots of other stone products they have 3 locations look them up online great bulk prices.

Great customer service had a great conversation with the sales lady (wish I got her name) Soo sweet. I came in just before closing time and still took their time with me. THANKS Soo much I will always recommend this company to anyone I know who needs landscaping supplys !
