Needed to replace a broken mailbox - Midatlantic was very easy to work with. The quote/ordering process was simple, all I had to do was send them a few pictures of the mailbox I wanted to replace and they took care of the rest. Branden came out for the install about a week later and did a great job. He was even kind enough to let me know Id need to water the grass that was dug up around the mailbox so it wouldnt die in the summer heat.

Good quality and nice looking signs. One year ago, ordering, payment, and communication was pretty smooth. This year, when ordering additional needed signs, the experience was not at all the same. We (HOA Board) found Mid-Atlantic Mailboxes to be slow in response/replies, their online rates differed from those over the phone, and service was slow.

Found mailbox part I was looking for, had the opportunity to send an email/call and confirm the piece fits my mail box. Recieved the part in 2 days with the require hardware and a happy customer.
