This place is great. Their motorcycle inventory fluctuates, but theres always stuff to throw your leg over. They have all the top tier riding gear, and their sales team is knowledgeable and patient while you try everything on. The service department is great also. Ive only had tires changed, but they beat competitor prices by roughly 25% and they performed the service while i wait. I keep coming back even though i live an hour away now.

The only place Ill take my bikes for inspection. I live much closer to twigg but theyre the type of shop thatll tell you something is wrong just so they can get your labor dollars. JT is priced better and much more realistic

I went in there with my brother, ready to buy new helmets, boots, etc. No staff could be bothered to acknowledge us. Unfortunate. Left without purchasing anything. The staff appeared to be more concerned about chatting with eachother. Only reason Im giving them a 2 instead of 1 is that they appeared to have a decent selection of gear.

Purchased a ninja 400 from this dealership. Great guys, no BS, really enjoyed my experience. A lot of the guys there are into riding on the track and can give proper insight on the bikes/gear.

After another dealer sold a unit out from under me (with a deposit on it!), I went on the search for another Can Am Commander and found what I was looking for here. I worked with Nicolai. He was super responsive and worked me an even better deal than the previous dealer and better financing options! Their F&I guy was awesome too! Super efficient experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new ATV or dirt bike. I may even drive the 2 hours back there again for the next one!

I arranged to have my motorcycle picked up via their website scheduler. They called me and stated they could not pick up on Saturday due to a busy schedule and asked if I could reschedule to Thursday; I agreed. They never showed or called. When I called to inquire what had happened they stated they had no such appointment ever scheduled then proceeded to talk to me like I was lying about the entire scenario. Terrible customer service! I will not be conducting any business with them.

I had a great experience working with Mike on ADV riding gear. He is extremely knowledgeable with Klim and Arai. I drove from just outside Baltimore because of the selection and the reviews and I couldnt be happier with my decision. I ended up getting the perfect gear for what I needed and Mike is even going to make sure my current helmet is setup right and help me order replacement parts.

They told me I’m trying to “n” rig my bike because I didn’t buy OEM parts and they “Kevin” refused to work on my bike. After I had work done previously I called to question about something on the bill and I was spoken to rudely. When I came to the dealership personally to complain the owner told me he loves his guys and I don’t have to shop there! So I don’t and don’t recommend anyone of to business with these people...especially people of color!!!

Walked in today planning on spending some cash on a new helmet and some other accessories. Not a single person greeted my husband or I. Stood there obviously waiting for some help and was aware of another customer being assisted but was not acknowledged in any way. Work on your customer service.

This seems to be a very well organized and run dealership where all employees are on the same page when it comes to customer service. I havent been here for service but went in for sales and parts and got the same EXCELLENT treatment in both depts!I can name the guys here but they all work as a team and will treat you the same regardless of who you work with.Even though they are about 40 mins from me, Id definitely go here for sales and/or service.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!Keep up the good work Phil! 👍🏼😁👍🏼

We’ve been coming to JT motorsports for years and recently went to the new location. The new location is great and we were really excited to check out what looks to be a much larger selection.Bought a helmet last year and got really great expert service to get it fitted properly. We really love visiting JTs for the most part.However, this latest visit wasn’t great. We left without making any purchase or even looking around much. I was really uncomfortable to see that while all of the customers were wearing masks, the employees were not. I get that some people want to make political statements but that is just careless, rude, and tone-deaf in the middle of a pandemic, and tells me you don’t really care about your customers’ health.Will be happy to return when that changes. Until then, we’ll sadly be avoiding visiting.

They did a safety inspection on my motorcycle and I was in and out within an hour.

The new location is much better for them. The old location was way too cramped for everything they had. Much better layout and better selection of all types of bikes

I have had a hard time when it comes to Motorcycle dealers. At the end of a simple visit to most other dealers I have been to I find myself walking out their front doors with a much lower sense of excitement when it comes to riding, especially after having heard that my gear was wrong, I am on the wrong sized bike and that my questions would better be answered by google than by the mechanics which work on bikes day in and day out. However, after my first visit at JT I had no less excitement for riding than when I first went, was leaving with a wealth of new knowledge and felt invited to come back anytime.To cite a specific example, Bobby (in the service department) and I must have exchanged about 6 phone calls while he walked me through how best to remove my front wheel. I had watched all the youtube videos, read through the forums but still had many questions. But, instead of referring me to google like every other dealer had told me he spent probably a total of 30 - 40 minutes on and off the phone with me. You just dont find service like that in many motorsports dealers. And that is why I am going to stick with them!

What an awesome bike shop! I handed them 4 completely different bikes — all of which had sat still in my garage for so long I was worried that they were toast. Turns out that one was, but the others (a Yamaha TTR 90, a Suzuki DR 250, and — best of all — my beloved 1983 Kawasaki 750 limited — were serviced brilliantly and have never run better. The guys at the service window were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. For sure, the bill was kinda steep, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. I sure did here and will never let anyone else service my Japanese bikes. These guys are just super 👍🏽👍🏽.

Simply put, I brought them a bucket of rusty parts and they gave me back a 4-wheeler. I went to your location prepared to purchase a Can Am Defender XT10. I spent 2 hours walking around your sales floor. In and outside, I walked around all of your outdoor side by sides. I tried to flag down a sales man who was with someone who showed up after me. I was invisible to him. I went inside to the counter and asked if anyone was selling Can Ams today. The man scoffed and said yes we will get some one with you. After another 30 min. I walked out. Again I was ready to buy!!! Just wanted to sit in it and see it. Im sure the dealer I go purchase from will thank you!!!!

I ended up having a few minor issues with the bike (not the dealers fault) as the issues came from factory and were minor leaks. Not only did the service department provide timely updates on the status of the bike, but they rush ordered parts to get me back on the road faster. I honestly cannot say enough about this dealership. Everytime I visit them Im more and more impressed. If youre looking for a honest, low pressure, friendly dealership that will take care of you as a customer this place is it.

Great service offered to me here! I don’t write reviews unless great or worst service provided, but these guys were above and beyond! Initially took my cruiser to twiggs, and they gave me a run around charging me a total of 400 with a faulty new battery placed by them and won’t exchange. Gentleman at JT M notice 3 days new battery from twiggs was dead. Changed battery and gave me an oil change and was able to clear me for inspections. Twiggs won’t even touch the cruiser and over charged me for no service provided. Glad I found you guys and plan to continue service plus future purchases at this shop!

Very far for me but always worth the Trip to speak with Mike in parts/accessories. Knowledge at his level is hard to come by.

The people are great theyre always helpful, and have great knowledge on their products. Mike has recommended all of my gear. The owner ( Jim ) treats you like a friend. I dont know what else to say the staff all treat you like their friend.

This service dept here is always great have had many of my bikes get tires changed, warranty repairs and other maintenance needs done. The service is always fast and done right.

Great sales department, great showroom, friendly staff. All good....until you have to deal with the service department. Unfriendly, short and not willing to take the time to communicate and explain what the are going to do. Not what I expect for $105/hour for labour alone....Update: My bike was dropped of on Tuesday and I was supposed to get a call that it was ready for pick up on Friday. I didnt hear from them so I called on Saturday. They had not started on my yet. Suddenly they gotten very busy (with work that had to happen before my bike?), but it would be ready Wednesday, so I would get a call then. Not having heard from them, I called Thursday. They got even more busy but now it was scheduled to be taken care of Saturday. And so on. That Wednesday there after my bike was finally done. 2 months later exactly the same happened to a friend of mine and his bike. Its an understatement to say that their service departments customer interface is a joke. Understandably we will bring our bikes and purchase anything we need from here on elsewhere.

Husbands baby went in without damage- came out with damage. Additionally the lights no longer worked. JT refused to fix their mistake free of charge. Word to the wise: Note they wont fix any damage unless you have photographic proof of your bike prior to service. Sounds to me like this is a common occurrence at their shop.. Unfortunate because we have enjoyed being customers for years.

Great guys. After a certain yamaha place gave me 1 of 2 incorrect tires and I drove over an hour to get there they did everything they could to remedy the situation. Even though they didnt have that specific tire..which it is a rare tire size...they certainly get 5 stars for the effort. Would definitely recommend them!

Came to this dealer last year and ended up purchasing elsewhere because of smug piss poor service. What I can say is at least on that visit someone greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Decided to try them again rather than going out of state or driving out of my area and guess what, still the same service except no one got up to say a word. Ive had friends purchase from here recently so I decided to give them another shot as I need to add another bike to the stable. No luck...I then went and purchased the 1000r somewhere else and I still needed to purchase a helmet so I went back today and third times the charm; if Prince Charming is going to stay a frog...no fairy tale s...here. I walk in a sales guy is walking around on his phone texting doesnt acknowledge me at all and I walk to the helmet section which they were all busy so I understand that. Then walk back again the same sales guy is still enthralled in his phone and another guy is eating behind the counter. Piss poor service and coming from customer service background you shouldnt Pre judge customers. Definitely wouldnt purchase a damn thing at this place or send friends, enemies or associates here for this lackluster service. Three strikes is the saying right...
