You can always find everything you need for that diy project you wanted to do, home decor, activities for the kiddies, and last minute touches to that baby shower your hosting. They have it all! The customer service is impressive as well. Always a smiling face welcoming you when you step inside this establishment.

Lines can be long, but they usually have anything youre looking for craftwise. Holidays are the best here. Prices are mostly reasonable, accept competitors coupons, online coupons, lots of awesome sales and usually a 50% off one regular price item per week which can save you a lot. Store is clean with clean bathrooms and helpful staff.

Ugh if I can give them NEGATIVE five stars I would. I was doing some shopping with my sons after their soccer practice in the baking section when MICE started jumping off the shelves and one of them landed on my youngest son!! Thanks to your store he probably has PTSD or whatever, and I’m never shopping here again. From now on I’m going to Michaels, where there are NO mice or the possibility of them spreading a new version of the Black Death.

I love coming here because I can always find yarn for projects I am doing at great prices. Plus I get so many coupons from them, that no matter when I go I know I will be saving because there is airways a coupon out there to use.

The quality and uniqueness of the items have went down drastically in the last year and a half.

They have great things here but their cashiers are VERY slow. Two different trips recently with 2 different cashiers and both took a ridiculous amount of time to ring up our items.

Staff was helpful and they always have the craft and art supplies I need.

Killer deals and coupons when you have the rewards program! I stumbled in when my husband ditched me while I was shopping next door and wandered in. I have been back 3 times since. Its not just a craft store, there was honestly a little bit of something for everyone. Scooped up a few Melissa & Doug toys cheaper than Ive seen anywhere else.

Today while shopping at AC Moore, my tiny human decided that was the time to throw the epicest of all epic meltdowns over not getting the airplane Toob {really a.c. moore, why you gotta have toys?!}.So as I wheeled my flailing and screaming tiny human from the back of the store to the front to the register {suggestion: incognito parents of tantrum prone children registers in the back of the store} much to the amusement of many of your patrons, I saw the long lines and debated if the wood and my 50% off coupon were worth it. Surely my sanity wasnt.One of your fine cashiers saw my tiny human at his best angry fish out of water moment and instead of bellowing out I can take the next person on register 4, he quietly ushered me and my tiny human to his register so we could check out faster. Not sure If that made your other patrons happy or annoyed. But i sure As heck appreciated it. Not sure about the tiny human, hes still angry.So @a.c.moore, youre the cats pajama in my eyes.
