So I bought a used Kawasaki Brute Force 650 on Craigs list and was not surprised that I was not told all the issues with the quad. While they are not a Kawasaki dealer he worked on the quad with superior results.I found that only one cylinder was running after rebuilding the Carb. I attempted to removed the plug for that cylinder and it snapped off in the cylinder due to never having been changed. I called around and there really are not any ATV repair shops close by. While opening the cylinder they found my missing carb screw. It was lodged between the valve and cylinder head. They sent it to a machine shop and also fixed the broken sparkplug with a helix coil. Changed all the fluids, coolant, oil, both transfer cases, break fluid, new spark plugs, filters the whole nine yards. He even gave me tips on how to do some adjustments on my own.Knowledgeable and excellent work at an amazing price! Customer service is simply amazing too. He stayed way after closing time to ensure I could pick up my ATV for this weekends hunting trip.The quick demonstration of how well it was working with the wheelie out the back garage door was simply the cherry on top.Not only do they do a great job they are fun to do business with.Mark

Bought my bike today on 4/24. Got a great deal and dealt with both Rick and Seth. Any issue with my lender was dealt with very easily. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely would recommend anyone needing work done or to buy a motorcycle.

Both Seth and Ric were responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and over all just great to work with. They really made the whole process a great experience.Even though I live an hour away, I will most definitely return. This shop is awesome. I have an 85 Honda Sabre 700 that wouldn’t start and many places were reluctant to work on it due to its age but these guys gave it a shot. Seth is an awesome mechanic and really put a lot of time and energy into tracking down a tough electrical problem. After replacing one bad part the bike still wouldn’t start, but Seth continued to tinker with it and best of all they didn’t run up the bill nearly as much as they could have given how much time was spent figuring it out. Bike runs beautiful now. Next time my bike needs work this is where Im taking it without a doubt.

Stopped by to ask about a major service for my 2016 KTM Duke 390 and both gentleman were very helpful. One of the mechanics, Seth, answered all of my questions to help me get a better understanding of what work may need to be done.

Awesome shop! Was going south on 1 and my bike died. Pushed my bike about a 1/2 mile to the parking lot across the street on the same side of 1. Walked into this place 15 minutes from closing. They grabbed a jumper and tools and helped me with my bike. Turns out the low fuel gauge doesnt work. My tank was dry and battery was dead from trying to start. He grabbed some gas from the shop and filled my tank. Didnt even ask for cost of the gas.The motorcycle helmet selection in this place is very good. I will be heading there tomorrow to buy some more gear. If you need a full face helmet, gloves, boots, etc this is the place to go!

Stopped by here for a look at some gear about 8 months ago.The staff was very friendly and helpful since I was a little unsure of what level I wanted. They walked me through from dirt cheap to nosebleed items being honest in their product/brand explanations. Never did they push anything but rather walk me through and give straightforward pros and cons.

Theyre very friendly. Ive had my tires replaced. It was very quick and way cheaper than some of the bigger shops.

Taken my CBR1100XX there several times & everything worked great. I continue to bring my bike there because of the trust (workmanship) & pricing. To point out other persons comments, maybe a front counter bell may be helpful as it is hard to notice when people actually drive up to the shop or enter it. I know its not that you dont want to help, but most likely just multitasking all day long.Thanks and keep up the great work!

Had my KTM 1190 Adventure R repaired by Extreme Powersports. The service department was extremely knowledgeable and diligent as this ended up being a very difficult diagnosis/repair that had KTM USA stumped but Extreme was able to find the failure. I have but quite a few miles on the bike since picking it up and it is running perfectly, thanks!

Great guys and nice shop.Day before a long trip that was looking like a lot of rain, I was looking for a new pair of boots. Went to all the local shops and couldnt find anything waterproof. Stopped by Extreme and they had a couple brands, my size, and they were a great price. Now I make a point of going to Extreme first and see if they have what I need before riding all over town.

Went in there to get a tire balanced that I had already taken off the bike. I was in and out lickety split and it only cost me ten bucks!

Slow service, bad customer service and very shady employees. Youre better off going to Colemans. Ill never come to this place again.

Great people.  Always willing to help.  Theyve saved me so much money with their knowledge and advice, its not even funny.  They love the sport and it shows!  I have 3 Honda street bikes, three Yamaha TT dirtbikes, and a Suzuki quad; and theyve helped me work on them all. When I went in to buy a street helmet for my daughter, they steered me in the right direction, even though the helmet I was looking at cost twice as much as the one they recommended. They knew her safety was more important than making a quick buck!

Can NOT say enough about these guys, from the prices, to the turn around time and the customer service... THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! Youd be crazy to go elsewhere! Thank you to everyone at Extreme, OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

I stopped in to inquire about a carburetor and looked at a few bikes. I was never greeted or even acknowledged. There seemed to be only one guy working who was engaged in a personal conversation with a couple other guys in the store. I looked around for 10 or 15 minutes thinking he would finish up his personal conversation and see if I needed help. He didnt. I even excused myself to walk by him on my way out. Still nothing. Oh well. Off to other shops I went.

A dealer owned by folks who grew up riding and racing. Its nice to walk into a dealership that is ran by folks who do it, not only to make a living, but because they simply love the sport of riding motorcycles. I came by just to check out the new KTMs, and I stayed far to long engaging in conversation about riding; I love that. No pressure at all when I expressed interest in buying a new bike, which was nice. The place is small and one of the only places for a Ktm bike. The staff is ok but for some reason they wont approve you for a loan on a bike with a good credit score I literally when up the road to village motors sports and was approved for the same loan amount in about 10 minutes so you just lost a bike sale.

Checked it out and walked out with a ton of gear! Super friendly owner and very competitive pricing.

Ordered Pirelli dirt bike inner tubes for my 1998 Honda XR400R dirt bike through the website. I received them when I went to pick them up within a reasonable time period. However did notice that these were now made in China versus Brazil but they are still a thick heavy duty dirt bike inner tube, I had inflated them to round out the thick rubber without any squenches just to find no abnormalities in these inner tubes.Yes, I would recommend the Pirelli inner tubes for any dirt bike because still Heavy Duty.

The guy at the parts counter is rude. I brought in a fuel line that I bought for my 93 GSX-R looking to get inline fuel filters that matched the line, and he very condescendingly starts telling me that fuel lines are never that size on motorcycles. I bring in the petcock and show him how I have the correct line. He says, Thats the wrong type of fuel line anyways. Thats for a car, motorcycle fuel lines are way thinner. I say, So it wont work? Yea itll work, itll just look like s***! Its under the fuel tank, I could care less how the line looks What the f*** do you want an inline filter for? Ive been doing this for 30 years and I can tell you that bike didnt come with inline filters on it. Then he notices the tear in my petcock sock and says, youre looking at a new petcock I go, Or a couple inline filters, thanks and I left. Dude was a complete jerk from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Youve been doing this for 30 years huh? How long have you been driving away business?

Ive called here twice giving them the benefit of the doubt to sell me a motorcycle each time Ive been on the phone with them theyve been rude and this last time I was told to just buy it somewhere else your best bet is to look somewhere else first its a shame too because I had cash in my pocket to buy the motorcycle I wanted today!

I tried to order some parts for my bike from this store instead of getting them online (I like to support local economy if I can), but after waiting around for 30 min I left. This store has a lot to learn about customer service.
