THE BEST! This is by far the best of the many used car dealers in the DC northern VA area. Mr. Kumar was really great to work with, he made it fast and easy even though I am self employed and have mediocre credit. I paid 5k less than I should have for my car (750 BMW). Mr. Kumar is very easy going and kind, I will probably get all my cars from him because I usually cannot stand people who sell cars = IT IS AN ATTITUDE ISSUE. He seems genuinely interested in helping you get the car you want, other dealers were dismissive and rude. I waited to make sure the car did not have any secret issues before writing this because it was several thousand dollars cheaper than other places. It is my dream car, totally thrilled! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Came from out of state to purchase a truck. Cosmetically, truck was as advertised. Took it on a test drive (alone) and noticed the suspension was bouncy. Mentioned it and salesman/owner (Kumar) and his mechanic took the truck out on a drive and agreed that the suspension needed repair. Finalized a price and Kumar gave us a document stating Vmark would cover the suspension repairs.Got it back to our state (Maryland) and had the truck inspected. The suspension needed to be fixed first before passing inspection in addition to some other items. Again, the sheet of paper that we had from the dealership said that they would take care of the suspension, but the other items were not on it. Shared the report with VMark and they suggested they would take care of all of it.Brought it back to the dealership (in all honesty wasn’t super thrilled about this), and Kumar had his mechanic take care of all of the issues on Maryland’s inspection the same day.Took the truck back to the original inspection place in Maryland and their words were “Wow, they went above and beyond.” We have had the truck now for six weeks since and NOT A SINGLE ISSUE.Kumar has a thick accent, but knows what he’s talking about (Maryland place wanted to charge a very high amount for the work but Kumar insisted that it was overpriced — he used all OEM parts literally from the GM plant — had the receipts and boxes to show me. His final price was $2000 less than Maryland quote).With any used car purchase I highly recommend having it inspected by a mechanic before purchasing which could’ve saved us some time. However, I was very pleased with the dealerships commitment to “making everything right.” 5 Stars (even with a couple hiccups)

I purchased a 2007 Tahoe and was in love with it. I had it total of 3 months, so I went to have the oil change and the fluids changed. A couple weeks later I noticed a ticking sound . Took it to shop and they told me the lifters in the motor were bad. Three different mechanics told me the same thing that someone (either the previous owner or the is place used something to quiet the tick ) Needless to say Im hit with a huge repair bill.

At the beginning they seem professional and nice. Quick and easy. But theyll say anything to get you in one of their cars and lie and say theyll extend your car warranty. They will not include car warranty with price so you pay warranty out of pocket.

Just happen to come across this dealership while shopping for a specific tahoe,,I spoke with mr.kumar and informed him of my credit issues at this, Ruin the aloud have to do a credit check at this time and even though my score was low Mr. Kumar seemed so so eager to really want to help me and not just wanting to sell a vehicle. I really appreciate his professionalism knowledge and straightforwardness and attitude But understanding at the same time. Tomorrow I will be taking almost a two hour drive to their dealership to look at this vehicle I will let you guys know how it goes later, So far I must admit it does not feel like Im talking or dealing with a car salesman it feels as though Im talking to someone who is actually trying to help.....

I went through many dealerships to find a suitable car that would match my budget and sadly none were very helpful as they only had specific deals and models that were either over my budget or had a high mileage with some other problems. After continuously searching online I stumbled upon Vmark Cars in Fredericksburg which had a huge inventory with affordable pricing. I gave them a call and made an appointment to see the car I was interested in and was also able to test drive it. The customer service was professional and they had accommodated the deal to match my budget. I especially liked the management because they made the negotiation process very simple and easy to complete. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car in a quick and timely manner rather than wasting countless hours surfing through the web. I had a wonderful experience doing business with Vmark Cars and would definitely return for future purchases.

They roll miles back and when you get home you will have oil light on. Then you need a lawyer to try and get $16,000 back. I would never get a car here you will regret it look luck

My wife and I took the trip up the Fredericksburg from Richmond to look at a Chevrolet Suburban from VMark Cars. Sales staff was attentive and answered all questions. We decided we were going to purchase the suburban. We decided on loan terms etc and staff attempted multiple times to change the terms of our agreement. They tried to get us to take a shorter loan with a higher interest rate (what in the world? That’s backwards) They said they would buy back the difference. Ultimately even after they were pushy we still bought the Suburban on our previously agreed terms. So far to date, our suburban has been a solid buy at a reasonable price.

The salesmen here are courteous, but they can be a bit hard to understand at times. Strong accents. This is a very small lot and gets cramped easily. I saw a Subaru online and left a voicemail about it. Kumar, a polite salesman, got back with me. They had no reservations about me taking the used car for inspection. I did and the car had a pending issue and bad tires. I agreed to buy the car if they replaced the worn out parts (the issue). After purchasing the car, I got it inspected again. Vmark only replaced the absolutely necessary parts despite originally agreeing to replace the whole system. But the car is now prompt for the long haul. There are no major issues.They processed the tags as well. Its part of the processing fee. Its better to let them deal with the DMV. Overall, Im neither satisfied or dissatified with the service because of how I was slighted. I say make sure to have any used car youre serious about inspected before purchase. Its worth it! I can tell my salesman tried to make the process as smooth as possible, but still look out for yourself and your purchase. 4 stars because of how they worked with us.

They sold me a truck and said it had no issues! Check engine light came on in a matter of days. Now 3 months later we are stuck with a $2,000 bill to pay to get the truck running again! I was also given a loan rate on the phone that changed once I arrived at the dealer, but worked with it since we wanted the vehicle badly. I do not trust this dealer, dont bother -_-

I like Kumar, but we had several issues with the 2010 Escalade we purchased 6 week’s ago. Battery died the second day we had the car, door handle broke off 3rd day but Kumar fixed both issues. Driving back to Fredericksburg was not fun because we live near DC. It took 5 weeks for him to get the title to our lender and get plates to us from DMV. We were a bit worried during this time because car died another time for an issue Kumar was not aware of (loose and corroded ground cable (fixable by my mechanic for $$). Kumar’s mechanic promised to replace tire sensors if I purchased them but he took another job before we could get repair done. Another cost to me. Again Kumar was not at fault, just several challenges which were frustrating to me. Overall have spent about $500 in repairs before first car payment. Seems to be running good now but a stressful 6 weeks. The 2 stars are for Kumar (nice guy) and the missing 3 stars for the issues with the vehicle, unexpected expenses and delay with the title.
