Nice assortment of balloons however the customer service could be a little friendlier.

I did curbside pickup for my balloons. I got 5 latex balloons and not even a day later one of them ripped a hole and is shriveled up. I had also gotten one foil balloon that’s supposed to last longer but not even by the end of the night(picked up balloons at 9:30 am) it started to deflate. In the past I’ve had foil balloons stay fully inflated for 2-3 days.

Staff is friendly. Ordered balloons for an event and the balloons were ready as soon as they opened. Everything turned out great

This place had plenty of variety for both adults and children and reasonably priced, but the best advice I can give is to go very early before Halloween so your size doesnt run out. One thing that did disappoint was a limited selection for plus size women. A variety of excellent costumes just very limited in plus sizes..improve that and its 5 star all the way for me.

I came here because I needed to blow up about 30 18 balloons for my business and they used to rent out the large helium tanks that would be more than enough for the job. I was a little disappointed that they no longer do that but the guy who helped me showed me their smaller tanks that blow up between 50 to 60 9 balloons. I purchased it and went to my offices to blow up some balloons. First thing I noticed is that the balloons didnt seem to be floating like I had remembered. They acted like a balloon would act at the end of its life, not very much float to them. On top of that the tank only filled up 15 balloons, which didnt seem right to me. So, the next day I returned to the Party City to ask if only filling up 15 balloons seemed right and to let them know that I think my tank may have been bad, if that is even possible. I wasnt requesting a refund or anything just really wanted to know if that seemed right. Without further question they refunded my money and were very apologetic. Super professional and super nice. I highly recommend this store. Excellent staff and excellent customer service!

Customer service these days is paramount. It can encourage business or it can undermine it. In these days where brick and mortar stores are under attack, you need associates on the front line who actually care about helping you. Thats where youll find Jess, Alanna and Misty. In the trenches, fighting the good fight, one customer at a time. We came in last minute and within moments Misty flanked us, offering impressive upgrades I had not thought of. Up front, Jess and Alanna, keeping watch over the balloons and register, were attentive, bubbly and friendly. Way to go Party City. Thats how you do it. Give these gals a pay raise. Ill definitely be back!

I have been shopping at this party City for over 25 years and I never had an issue with getting what I needed but over the last few months they are always out of stuff or they dont have it stocked on the shelves and you have to wait for someone to help you. They never have enough employees. Its really going downhill. I am going to start shopping at the one in Richmond they are doing a great job of keeping that store fully stocked.

Went there looking for angel halos for our youth Christmas presentation. Im not surprised they had them, they are my go to for special items. Excellent customer service.

I went in to the store last week and had the worst customer service experience. I stopped at first kiosk to look at some items and heard who I assume was the manager yelling two two younger employees to get their tasks done because she needed to be walking out at 9...it was 8 at that time. I wanted to be considerate to be out by 830 closing time. At 0815 i went back up to ask her where an item was and she actually huffed and sighed indicating I was A BOTHER!! I decided at that point to leave, the young girl behind the register was more preoccupied with hurrying and also appeared rude when I asked a question. Once the transaction was done the cashier left the register as I got my bags together. When I got to the front door it had already been locked (820) and there was NO ONE to let me out. I had to call out 3 times before same said manager came up from back of the store now overly pleasant (since I was leaving). There was NEVER any type of overhead announcement to bring final purchases to register... perhaps they should try to incorporate that. I spent over $100 in that store...but I can promise I will NOT spend another penny there again...I value customer service and go out of my way to be pleasant as a worker and customer. There is no excuse for this. The only reason I gave one star, is they hadd all items I needed.

I went in to get stuff for my sons birthday. Ive worked in several party stores, but still needed help (getting a pinata, locating a couple things) and everyone was super helpful. The associates were wicked nice, which is always a good thing in a store. I will definitely be going back for our other party stuff!

They have lots of colors to choose from to go with most themes! Theyve got great stuff, sometimes its reasonable somethings arent. Helpful staff!

We had a bday party for my daughter turning 19. It was a camp theme we got most things from party city but they didnt have enough number 1s for us to make 19 with some of the items.

What can I say, they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Unfortunately thats a rarity in our society. I would highly recommend these folks. They actually hire people who give a s***

Disappointed in the amount of options for baby showers...the section dedicated to this was not only incredibly small, the stuff seemed to be quite cheaply made. Ill be sticking to Amazon and Etsy.

Huge selection of party items, obviously not at the cheapest price, but in a wide variety and under one roof. This location also had a well laid-out candy and party favor section, superior to the ones Ive seen at most Party City locations.
