Beautifully presented, with amazing smells, titilating sights, and the friendliest of team members. I love how BBW and White Barn are 2 side by side storefronts now, makes it much easier to find specific scents.

I don’t come here often because I don’t live far from the store..I save up my items I need to exchange. Last time I brought in 8 candles to exchange, some had been partially burned but they no longer we’re burning correctly. The associate cherry picked some and said she couldn’t exchange them because they were half burned and they were literally defective. Stood our ground and she ended up exchanging them. She basically said “I’d be able to tell if they were defective”, basically saying we were lying. Frustrated that she fought with us when she ended up returning the product anyways. Then she didn’t understand how to complete the exchange and had to re ring the transaction 3 times. We ended up being at the register for about 20 minutes. Associates arent very friendly over all.

OMG!! Myself and my daughters bought a lot of smell goods! One Staff was helpful and friendly. Another was focused on putting up products and wasnt interested in helping us Maybe she thought we wasnt going to buy anything but, we ended up with two big bags of stuff!

First time ever visiting. The young women that were running the store were very Friendly and Professional definitely made you feel welcomed, they were very Helpful and I ended up buying 2 single wick candles Ocean Driftwood and Midnight Blue Citrus, which smell really good; but my Favorite was the Ocean Driftwood. The fragrance from this one candle brought me back to a very fond memory back when My Parents and I Lived in Florida. God Bless them for they were the Best.

Love the sales and coupons that I receive in the mail. I always but the hand soap. The fragrances are fantastic! This time I purchased a wall flower plug in because I had a coupon. Awesome!

Unfortunate didnt have alot of time to spend shopping that day. But saw some really nice things to take a closer look at on my next visit.Employees were all friendly and polite. Was greater upon entering the store and they let me know if I needed anything or has questions they were happy to help, but they did it in a way that wasnt too pushy.Looking forward to my next visit.

Always so hot in the store and never really feel welcomed there

The store in Fredericksburg is awful. I was followed around the store and harassed by the sales people. I knew what I wanted, went directly to the area to purchase Stress Relief-eucalyptus and spearmint moisture butter. They did not have it and that ALL I wanted. I was asked at least 7 times if I wanted assistance while I was in the section. I will never go to that store again. I told them repeatedly I knew what I was looking for. I even had the container. I felt violated for their constant annoyance.

Great selection of lotions, perfumes, cologne, body stuff and more. Something for men, women and kids.Friendly staff, well organized and reasonable prices.

Before entering the store, you must sanitize your hands with their hand sanitizer that they do not clean. Also, when your touching different products and walking side by side of people there is no way to avoid germs, and wearing a mask will NOT prevent COVID or other viruses.Also, they advertise animal cruelty free, however they do NOT display where their products comes from on all products.As they clerk says they do not test on animals, however the label on their products cannot guarantee it but yet their employees guarantee 🤔🤣🤣 total bs.I went into the store because of friend of mine was purchasing from them, but I do not because I know for a fact that all their products are produced in China, and China have regulations where all liquids are tested on Animals, thats their law, period.

Had difficulty checking out, I had 2 coupons and the cashier wasnt sure how to process them. Manager finally came over to help.

The customer service was absolutely fanatic there. They helped me find a scent that was perfect for me and they had be really great deals!

I love going on this store but the scents are all starting to smell the same. Its like they add a new ingredient and change the name but even though I think that, I still have my favorites and some of the new fall scents smell really good. They have discontinued a few of my favorites and I hope they bring them back during one of the annual sales instead of a lot of the same thing during every annual sale. My experience inside the store is always pleasant and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A few of them have been there for years so I know them and they know me when I walk in. Thats always a good thing when the staff recognizes a loyal customer. The only time Ive ever had a small issues is when Im dealing with a new staff member but it was never anything to make me not want to return to the store.

The service was great and the employees were nice and very respectful. Ill be back real soon to buy more stuff out of there really soon!!!

They wouldnt even let me take a bath in this establishment. The one up north let me do it.

Their stuff was so polite and helpful. They had hand sanitizer for the customers as well as a shield so you dont come in contact with the cashier. They wiped down all the cash machines after every customer. I will be returning.

Worst customer service. Came to visit from Hawaii and made couple purchases from this store and now this rude cashier tonight would not honor the coupons that bath and body works sent me. This bad experience will prevent me from coming here ever again

The store has been closed for a while due to the virus. I went in today for the first time and the employees were so nice and making sure everyone knew the policies of entering the store. They all had smiles on their faces. I loved how helpful they were and how they kept cleaning the bottles people were touching and they were also cleaning the counter and card machines before any new customer approached to pay. Glad to see them back open!

Ridiculous amount of Covid restrictions.It is a SOAP store yall. Of all places by far probably the cleanest of all stores to go in. Some is standing at the door to spray you with germx going in. Instructions not to touch anything not a tester. Arrows on floor in one way, out another. They said if it doesnt have a tester just ask, So once or twice I did. Maam we dont have a tester for that What?This is January 2021 now yall. We have a vaccination. Please chill.

They were pretty busy when I was there but that didnt stop the staff from ensuring I was doing alright and finding all that I needed. Mandy in particular was very helpful and nice. The store was well stocked and clean. They were having a great sale as well!

I needed to buy supplies to make a gift basket but had no idea what to buy. The woman I worked with was super sweet. I cant remember her name but she is a memeber on the local moose lodge (in case she ever see this, I want her to know she was real helpful). Anyway, the lady was patient with me and was real knowledgeable of their products. It made things a lot easier for me! Thanks!

The young lady who helped me was great! However, if you are using a coupon make sure you have it with you. Most stores have them there to offer you, but not Bath & Body Works.

What’s not to love about bath and body works. The smell drags you in and the sales have you leaving with way too much.

Its fine. Its too noisy for my taste and near holidays, it gets to the point of becoming an aromatic hell with so many people yelling around that you could easily forget where you are. But all that aside, fragances are good smelling. On the expensive side. And some are too strong.

Good place to get good quality scents in lotions and such. I like bath and body works, however I personally no longer care for the scents they carry. Ive liked scents they had in previous years. If I do go, I buy enough product to last me most of the year so I dont have to go often.

Nice store, well stocked, lots of choices, clean and bright. An overkill of bodywashes, body lotions, body sprays, room sprays, some on sale, buy 3 get 2 free sales. Some informed friendly staff some not so. Try every fragance. They have a sink to wash it off, if you want. Price per bottle a little high but the deals are good. They retire fragrances so unless its a classic you may not find it. They have an aroma therapy line that is extensive.

Great sales and customer service.

I went there to return some items I ordered online. I wont make that mistake again ! It took two clerks to figure out how to process the return. They had to call their home office for instructions because the packing slip doesnt show prices. Wallflowers had broken in shipment and all the items smelled strongly of cinnamon.

There was a girl that helped me a lot... her name was Nathalie very nice. But only giving it a 4 star for that one girl... the others where a bit rude. Some girl made a comment because my daughter drop some crumbs... found it super unnecessary.
