I stopped here today to find a bike carrier. There were three young men working there who immediately greeted me. After telling them why I was there they quickly pulled what I needed and even one of the guys went so far as to show me how to add it to the back of my car.Great customer service. While I did not get names, I can certainly say I’ll return to this store.

In the market for a new bike and Ive had several Treks. I purchased one and didnt care much for it after it arrived because it was a little more relaxed than what I wanted to do with it. I was riding through Fredericksburg from Wilmington, NC to Lancaster, PA and decided to get some chain oil...the staff said no problem, put my bike up on the rack, oiled and cleaned my chain, checked to make sure all my gears worked and sent me on my way.....and didnt charge me anything. This is service above and beyond! They were awesome! I would highly recommend this bicycle shop to anyone who is looking for a new bike or needs theirs repaired. Top notch in my book!

Entire staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely there to help. I learned some most excellent tips about oiling my chain that I will start doing more on a regular basis. I had two items shipped to the store and it only took about a day to arrive, wonderful! I dropped my bike off for a tune-up as well and I received it back looking brand new in perfect condition. Went into the shop the first week they opened, it was great having such a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Oliver didnt have what I was looking on the floor but had no problem building one I wanted, quickly, so I could try it out.... I left that night with my new RIG! I love it! The Trek bike shop in Fredericksburg is great! I just stopped in yesterday looking for a hat and found a lot more. Oliver and the staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful. If youre in need of anything bike related, check them out! Even if you dont want to buy anything, talk to the staff and learn about the local trails from some trail maps on the left wall. I ride my Trek Remedy 8 on the Quarry Trails all the time and its perfect for the climbs and steep descents as well as everything in-between. From beginner to expert, I highly recommend the shop and the trails!

A great shop. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Ben, the customer service rep that attended me, is superb. Oliver, the shop owner, is an awesome family man. My wife and I stopped by on Saturday to check out their inventory. Ben introduced himself and asked me if I had any questions about their bikes on the sales floor. I explained how I was a novice looking for a road bike. Ben introduced me to the Emonda, Madone, and Domane bikes. He explained each bikes attributes and offered me the opportunity to test drive all three. I felt, Like a kid in a candy store. Both Ben and Oliver were great at answering all my questions and extremely patient as I tried to decide which bike I would purchase. Ben also walked me through their online ordering system and informed me of the financing options that they have available. Although I didnt purchase a bike on Saturday, My wife was impressed with the service and is now interested in getting a bike for herself. Although we didnt purchase a bike on Saturday, we plan to go back later this month. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Ben or Oliver.

I picked up my Fuel EX 9.7 yesterday. My last bike was a 2002 aluminum hardtail so this was a big upgrade. I left the shop knowing how to operate all the bells and whistles. I took it out this afternoon...Scout and Beach trails. What a wonderful experience! Im glad the staff recommended the Fuel EX after taking the time to really understand what type of riding I do and expect to do. I love this bike!

I was in here a few weeks ago looking for another bike to replace my current one. Not only was the person who helped me rude, but they made me feel unwelcome because they had a ‘know it all’ attitude that wasn’t friendly or helpful.It seemed like they might be a manager, but I’m honestly I’m not sure and I definitely hope not if their performance is as good as their service. I didn’t catch the person’s name, but they were wearing a vest. Someone else did eventually help me and they were much better, but by that point, I was already ready to spend my money elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this store. Oliver let me try out the bike so I could make sure the size was correct and the full suspension was really what I wanted. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase from them again. They have excellent customer service and are always willing to help.

So, my son busted a tire at 545 tonight. These guys close at 6 and Im 25 minutes away.... they stayed open, had a crew ready to replace the tire and the only commitment they wanted was for him to ride. Top notch place, amazing people with better service.

Great guys, knowledgeable. The bikes are nutty good. Blown away by the quality and the ride. Accessories are quite pricey, would like to see more mid range and low range versions. All in all, great shop.

Brandon was just above and beyond helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. He really helped me when I was buying my bike. I called the store and reached him initially, and he had to ask the manager, but said he would call me back because the manager was too busy. In experience with other retail sales, the call always gets forgotten, however, he followed up and I was just so beyond HAPPY! Just based off my experience with this sales guy I will 100% recommended this store/brand to others.

I knew I wanted the new Trek Checkpoint. Went in and Oliver was amazing! Got the Checkpoint SL5 and he totally helped me find the best pedals, gear and even put up with my color coordinating down to my bottle cages. He had the patience of Job!!! I’ll be calling today to get a rack for my car and I know I won’t be disappointed. Also, their quarantine guidelines are fantastic and they do everything in their power to make sure their customers feel safe. Way to go!!!!! Will come back for everything! Oh last note but not least, gentleman there who assembled everything was fantastic!

The two guys working were great. They were especially respectful to remind us to social distance during these weird times. They helped explain the bike, the warranty, size my daughter for a bike and helmet and check out. Definitely will be returning when we need another bike. Trek is also a great brand- we wanted to buy something that will take the beating that a child will give it without having to replace every 12 months.

I am appreciative of the fact that they were thorough in their introductory explanations of bicycle operation. They made me feel appreciated and welcome as a customer. My naïveté never was an issue with them, and I’d recommend their service to anyone in the market for a bicycle.Edit: I called the store on a Saturday at 4:54 (they closed at 5) and Brian picked up the phone! Stopped by Trek today hoping to pick up a spoke for my rear tire. They do not carry the spokes for my particular bicycle brand but the clerk was very helpful in trying to find a substitute spoke. We were unable to find a match but it wasnt for a lack of trying. I do appreciate the time spent on this and was very grateful for the help.

I was looking for a great bike and I found one for myself and ended up buying one for my wife as well! The store is beautiful, the staff is knowledgeable and my life is so much better with a Trek in it! So, I ordered a bike a month ago, for a delivery date of Sept 28th, and there was an error in the system saying it wasnt going to be in stock until the following year. Me being disappointed, I gave a negative review. The store manager called me and cleared up the confusion and he was able to get the bike. Great people and service. Would recommend any day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to try and find outdated parts for my setup, even calling other stores to see if anyone had it. Went into the store looking for good bikes for my wife and I, was very disappointed to see that they only have very expensive bikes in stock. Ended up going to Old Towne, was a much better experience and we got exactly what we were looking for.

Decided to make a major upgrade to my Trek road bike. Went to the store and met the team and ended up working with Oliver specifically. Experience was awesome. He answered my many questions as I knew enough to be dangerous. He didn’t pressure me, but was able to articulate differences in prices, and let me decide. $3,700 later, I’m a VERY happy customer and will recommend the store to anyone looking for a new Trek bike or other Trek items.

An expert staff that is willing to offer you help without making you feel pressure to buy a new bike. They service all brands of bikes and are willing to help with any problem you have. The store manager doesnt believe in proper and measured bike fittings. According to him, height and inseam is all you need. Not sure thats Treks position if you read their website. If the store doesnt do it, then dont dismiss it, or talk about how its not important, because maybe you dont believe in it. A bit more education on his part may be needed? The sales staff dont seem to have this attitude, so thats a good thing.It’s been a couple weeks. Every other review had a comment from the store, regional manager, or owner....I spoke with Trek corporate and they assured me that this managers position on fits does in no way reflect Trek policy. I’m curious if sales (which are important) is more important to the industry norm? Is this store or manager just going to be like the other local stores and push bikes and not listen to seasoned cyclists and be so arrogant that he can’t admit what has been proven over the pas 15 years?. I want back during a day the the manager wasn’t there and the sales staff was very friendly and I could tell that the woman I spoke with was passionate and respectful and didn’t at all seam over bearing. I could tell she was an experience “road” rider.

I have to disagree with some of these negative reviews on this store and manager. I walked into this store with no intention to buy, but more so to learn about what I was getting myself into with a new cycling hobby. I made this clear from the beginning, and in no way felt pressured by sales to buy anything. All of the staff were extremely friendly, but the store manager was the most helpful. He educated me on everything from gear to different bikes and recommended a few different options for me to choose from. I had nothing but a positive experience, and am grateful this stored opened up so close to me! Ill definitely be returning to visit and make my purchase!

Not the best experience. Very pleased with the floor staff and the sales lady that does triathlons. However the store manager seems a bit absorbed with himself, and needs to let those who know, stay engaged when passing on information instead of taking over the conversation. It’s a new store, so maybe he’s pressing a bit?. Should not assume that others don’t have knowledge and experience too. Maybe even more than he does. Humility goes a long way. Anyway, just a bit put off.
