This company is by far the best roadside assisstance ive ever had. even tho the problem needed a shop, they pointed me to the right people to not get ripped off. on top of that they brought me fuel for my reefer extremely detailed with the diognostic. this company has good hearted people that really wanna help you sicerely. they helped me without being able to help me. 🙏👍

Had an alternator break down in my motor home.it’s a very difficult & $$$ one to find.they offered me a creative solution of using a more common truck alternator and bypassing the battery isolator that allows the original one to charge both chassis & domestic batteries.this was a perfect solution that got me back on the road asap and the trade off was worth it as i am plugged into shore power 95% of time and don’t NEED the alternator charging the domestic batteries.it’s been 2 weeks and i’ve had no problems.the mechanic was time-efficient and innovative.it takes a certain type of mind to take a non-ideal situation and come up with an acceptable solution.

Ive been using Stafford truck repair for about 4 months now. And I dont have one complaint. They CAN fix anything. Im actually looking for them to expand so they can do my routine maintenance. Awesome people and awesome prices.I actually called them for my driver the other night because his truck went down 50 miles after he was at a TA all day, and guess what Mike was there in 20 minutes. Unheard of excellence! Keep up the good work guys!

My truck broke down in Ruther Glen VA around 8pm. I called Stafford Truck Repair because of online reviews which other clients wrote. Michael answered the phone, asked me to send him pictures of the part and told me how much (approximately) it would cost. He also told me that he didn’t have that particular part in stock but he would order it next morning and would send a mechanic to fix it.Next morning I called Michael and he told me he had ordered the part and the mechanic was on the way to fix my truck. The mechanic arrived where I was and immediately started to work on my truck. It took about 3.5 hours to get it fixed which is exactly what Michael told me the night before.Michael showed up to meet me and get paid at the end.So I highly recommend Michael and his team to fix your truck... the price was reasonable, Michael is very customer service oriented and they treated me good.Thank You Stafford truck repair, job well done!!!

Tech was alsome came on time . Gave me all the details what we was about to do. Good service. Lady on the phone tried to over sell . Price was higher than I expected but the tech made up for everything. Got the truck back on the road.

We found Stafford Truck Repair when our RV needed chassis work, and what a gem. Truly the nicest people. They gave us a free estimate to fix our issues, the price was very fair, the work was done in a reasonable time, they worked the issues till we were fixed, and we are back on the road. We would absolutely use their services again.

I had an issue with my semi trailer tire that put me in a bad jam. Stafford Truck Repair was the only service that picked up out of 10-20 after hour services that I called. They arrived to my location within a half hour and went straight to work. When done with my repair they followed my truck to the nearby interstate to make sure I was rolling safely. I would recommend Stafford Truck repair to anybody in their area. Two thumbs up to Stafford thanks for your help when I was in need.

They took very good care of my vehicle! Repair was done fast and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. If your in need of an honest shop that does great work-this is the one to go to!

I called this place because one of our trucks needed road service, the person who answered told me that they charge $70 for the call and $115 of labor plus supplies and parts, to my surprise when the lady called me to ask for the payment method and I asked how much was it, it was $564.47 because the labor started once I made the call (this is something the man who answered me didnt tell me and the person arrived 1hr 15 min after I made the call when they told me 40-45 minutes) for me labor is the actual time to fix the problem on the truck (it was an hour), lady was rude telling me that if I didnt pay, the amount was going to increase if I keep asking her the details on the price and on top of that they charge me $16.44 to pay with a debit card!!! And to make it worst they took like 2 hours to send me the receipt!!! They want to collect the money really fast but not send you a receipt right away, I had to called them like 3 times asking for my receipt. What a rip off, I paid because I need to fix the problem on my truck but I hope Ill never have to call them again.

I cant say enough good about Stafford Truck Repair. I purchased a fire truck and couldnt find transportation to get it home, so asked Michael to go through the truck to make sure everything was good to go for a long drive home. Even though he was swamped (the good guys are always going to be swamped) he fit me into his schedule, worked on my truck through the night (literally), and had it ready for me the next morning. His service is excellent and his prices are extremely fair. Its a testament to Michaels work ethic and attention to detail that my 20-year-old truck made the 1,000+ mile trip back home without a single problem. Want sure theyd make deadline to get Y pipe ordered/delivered and installed on a holiday weekend but they did.This is second time Ive gone to them in the past 2 months. Hope Im in the area the next time I run in to issues.

Great friendly people. Sean and Mike are both very knowledgeable ad can talk you through a problem over the phone if something minor. Actually broke down once on 495 in Maryland with a siezed alternator and a broken belt and Stafford truck repair had no problems driving the distance to fix for me. I trust them over anyone else. Yes I live local so anytime I’m home from being gone for weeks on the road the only shop I go to is Stafford truck repair. There prices are very fair, the people are friendly and honest, and they don’t mind if I hangout to learn a little at the same time. Will be going back for clutch replacement next week. My truck is a 2013 Peterbilt 386 with ISX15 Cummins and 13 speed trans. If you’re reading a one star review on here I can promise you someone looked up the wrong shop cause these guys deserve higher than a 5. Thank you Mike, Sean, and Janette for everything you do for me to keep me trucking.

These guys are awesome! ..i rolled into town coming from Ontario to make a deliveryand being half a sleep i ripped 1 of my trailer doors off its hinges..doh! Lol..thats what happens when you dont get enough sleepbetter the door then in the ditch..Lolanyways..i called everywhere and they were the only ones in town that said they could fix it..wow..they ordered new hinges and got me all fixed up and rolling by the end of the dayand it was cheap for the repair..very nice people
