Sean/Shawn was great! I had the worst and loudest static coming over my speakers and he helped me out by replacing both my amp and radio. Great prices and great customer service! Much appreciated!!

Cant say enough good things about the quality of the work received here. I got 2 new head units and 2 backup cameras installed in 2 separate vehicles a few years back, all of which work flawlessly still. Sean really knows his stuff and was even willing to answer questions about the devices whenever I called. If I ever want to get more sound modifications done to my vehicles, this is the place Ill be going back to!

Recently visited the shop and show room. They recommended a Sony double-din audio system to replace my failing car factory original stereo. The recommendation was superb and installation was quick, efficient and professionally completed. I highly recommend them. They were also courteous and respectful. Ill definitely return for other items.

My radio in my vehicle for whatever reason will not power on. I checked the vehicles fuse box then I took the radio out and check the fuse on the radio. There were no issues with fuses, I assume radio was dead. Checked around a couple places several businesses told me they couldnt do anything with it. Shaun of action Auto and sound walked out since I told him the radio was already out check my adapter in the vehicle found out that that was where the problem was. He informed me there was no problem with the radio. I purchased an adapter instead of new radio. Paid for installation. Radio works fine and I had all amenities available to me even some that were not. Thank you Sean. A gentleman of integrity and ethics

I was having issues with a stereo system and getting consistent play from all speakers. I was fed up trying to find the issue. I called Action and was told to swing by and someone would take a look so I drove to the shop. The gentlemen stopped what he was doing, ran several tests and narrowed it down to a bad RCA cable within no time at all. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help me with an issue. I had an idea of what type of wound I wanted to put into my truck. I spoke with Shaun and after a few questions we came up with a set up I was happy with. Shaun took the time to show me options for the sub and explained the reasons why one was more expensive and why the other was cheaper in cost but similar in quality. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday, Shaun took care of my truck without hesitation. This is the second time I have had a vehicle taken care of by Action (remote start) and I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone to take their vehicle to Action. My experience with Action auto Sound and Security was a unique one. I had gone to make contact with another company who had told me that because of December being so active, that Id have to wait until mid-January to be able to get my sound system installed, and Id be required to place a $100 deposit with the company in order to get an appointment.Action auto Sound and Security was called as my second option; They should have been my first.Not only did they state that it was likely theyd have to do the same thing, they also put me on a waiting list in the event that they had a sooner opening. No deposit, no muss, no fuss.When I told them I merely needed an install, and had all the products (I had gone down to their store to show them, as I am not knowledgeable enough to figure out a harness from an adapter) I was told that I might get same-day install because it wouldnt take too long to do, and they were almost done with another clients job.Within 20 mins of waiting at starbucks, I got a call to come back so they could install my system.They close at 4 PM when I had looked at their hours.The individual who took on my task worked past that time, and delivered a perfect job with the installation.that $100 that would have been needed to be paid for a simple appointment? That went into the cost of the install. I paid it gladly and drove out the same day as I came in with what I had wanted, and could not be happier.This business treats you with respect, and handles things in a professional and courteous manner. I could not recommend them enough.

I just went in to buy a new sub, but Shaun insisted on giving it a listen. That’s when he discovered the original installers had things wired wrong and never tuned it properly! He helped me rewire and tune the amp right then and there, then went into my head unit and did a full tune. Now my car sounds amazing!!! He wouldn’t even take a tip. He could have simply sold me the sub and sent me on my way, but he went above and beyond!!! Super knowledgeable and incredibly nice. I will be purchasing all my car audio from him from now on. Came in did consultation got scheduled for a Tuesday the following week they had a cancellation and fit me in in two days! He delivered exactly what he said he would in the time he said he would and at what I thought was a fair price. 10 out of 10 would use again and recommend. Its was also a 2020 vehicle.

Stop by there today about an hour from them closing and was giving the best service, I have experienced in a while. Went in there for a new head unit for my car. Guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once I made my decision, he even installed it the same day. Whole thing took less then an hour and the prices were fantastic, less than best buy, which I was planning on going to until I saw how highly rated this business was. Action Auto Sounds definitely deserves it and I will definitely be going there for all my automotive electronic needs.

They were very upfront and knowledgeable when giving me a quote. The prices were competitive with those online. There was a bit of a mix up on installation day. The owner was very honest and apologetic about what happened, gave me a discount, and finished the installation on my next day off. Everything looks and sounds great.

I cannot say enough about Action Auto Sound & Security. Sean is outstanding. Fast and friendly but above all cost $200 for a factory radio for my truck. Dealership wanted close to $800! Highly recommended for all auto audio needs.

Ive taken my jeep twice to this small business for several audio upgrades and cannot say enough about the owner Shaun. He knows his stuff, wont oversell you items you dont need, and does top quality work. He even takes time to provide an overview of the equipment installed and answers questions fully. He is patient and one heck of a craftsman. You will not be disappointed in his work.

I thought that pros like Shaun were a thing of the past. He knows his trade, period. Shaun understands what is and what isnt possible in a particular vehicle and he will not let you spend money on components that wont sound good in your car. He will, however build the best possible sound system for the vehicle you have, and he will do it at a fair price. His work is top notch (no rattling panels, no visible wires) and he stands behind everything he does. Heck he even cleaned out the massive amount of dust that had accumulated behind my dash. Dont even bother calling the big box stores. Shaun will do better work at a lower cost.

Sorry but EVERY single time I call for a quote everything is fine up until I mention I am bringing my own equipment to have them install. Seems like this business only wants to do business with you if you purchase equipment from them. Guy I spoke to said they only have blocks for no more than 2 hours of labor right now. Well if that’s the case then why not suggest a future date in which you can accomodate for more labor hours???

Id rate this place 4.9 out of 5.0.This is hands down the best place Ive utilized for any auto system upgrades. Ive had several systems installed and all of them were installed quickly, cleanly, and without a singly hitch. Very helpful with knowledge and patience even when busy.Ive had parts ordered from them and brought in my own parts and have had no issues with any setup. There was aI even recently had a dashcam/rearview mirror system brought in that had a failed install from a different place. They thought the unit was defective. It took Action less than an hour to set it up without a single problem. Ill gladly drive out of my way to take my car here for all future installations.-----The only con about Action is that it is a very small shop and scheduling my be a bit unpredictable with the small amount of personnel in the shop. Although Ive havent had an issue with any of the four appointments Ive had, I can see this being the case and as such may be a concern for those with a very tight schedule.

Ive had two stereos installed in two different vehicles and the install was flawless as well as the performance of the units. The owner, Sean gives sound, honest advice and provides a high quality service for a reasonable price. If you have any problems with a car stereo bring it to him and he will troubleshoot it and fix the issue. He is well stocked with all the latest units and has all the necessary cables, and harnesses to perform the install. Call and set up an appointment, he will confirm it with you the day of, and get the job done in a timely manner. He has a TV in his waiting room where you can watch Amazon instant prime which helps pass the time. I will bring my car stereo business here again in a heartbeat.

I just took my second vehicle in, an older Jeep Grand Cherokee, and they were able to help me choose the best system for my needs. He didnt try and upsell me to more than I needed. He asked what I was looking for and showed me options and got right to work. I had priced getting components online, or going to a big blue box store, but I cant recommend anyone else in town! The Owner is very accommodating and did a terrific job in installing our car audio and entertainment system. Audio sounds so good with the subwoofer, they are professional and well-informed of new technology. Their prices is pretty good too, they dont over charge. We had to come back for some minor retouches ie like replacing the headrest that had little tear with a new one and changing the player from Ipod dock to DVD player, the Owner himself fixed the issue, changed the player and got it done in less than 15 minutes. Their really good and we highly recommend them.
