I’ve seen Simon use his skills and gifts to provide opportunities for growth of a new generation in the Fredericksburg community. Seeing the work put forth for his business, Watts Comics, and his projects such as Idea Space, has been so inspiring, it’s something I want to be apart of, and I tell my friends about it with so much pride. Simon is also in general a kind and smart person; you can tell he is a great role model and leader for artists and creators.Also, I love the variety that Watts Comic offers! I’m really happy that I can also find pins, stickers, and even clothing merchandise that feels special and unique compared to mass produced content of big corporations. I love that I can support fellow artists, even local artists, through Watts Comics; the collection of comics are diverse as well in style and in story content.

Watts Comics is an incredible start up that adds something truly special to Downtown Fredericksburg. Simons doing such a great thing showcasing the diversity of independent comic creators! As an artist fortunate enough to be included in the store, Its been a wonderful experience working with him, and I cant wait to see this store continue to grow and evolve!

Best comic shop in all of Fxbg. The owner is a gem, the coffee shop is a gem, + all the merchandise is top tier. Fair prices + a responsible business owner. 10/10 recommend.
