Very rude to both me and my daughter during our exams and charged way more than I typically pay with my high option vision insurance. When I questioned it dude tried to mansplain me. Wont return there again.
Absolutely horrific.Premier Optometric Services very rudely refused to see my mother because she has Aphasia - which is a speech disability. She came fully equipped with visual aides to make the process more simple. It would seem that they do not feel that people with speech disabilities are worthy of having corrected vision. If you are a disabled patient, they have no objection to completely throwing the Americans with Disabilities Act straight out of the window.Absolutely disgusted with their complete lack of empathy, patience, understanding or regard for the law with a disabled patient. Please consider going absolutely anywhere else for your eye related needs.
Awesome customer service and patient care.Came in for a routine eye exam and check-up for contact lenses; appointment scheduling was a snap, reception very helpful and check in a breeze.Dr. Ashfaq was very thorough, provided a comprehensive exam and consultation.Very pleased and have found our local optometrist.
The doctor was very hostile and verbally aggressive. When I said I didn’t have a mask after being asked to put one on. They did not have masks to provide and I quote from the doctor. “It’s not my job to provide masks when you can go to the business next door and get them”.
They have horrible customer service. I have NEVER paid this much for my contacts. I went in to ask if they could re-examine or give me a different/cheaper prescription and the receptionist only answered no. I even offered to pay. No explanation. I am pretty sure he completely messed up my exam, so now i am stuck with contacts that arent right for me. Never going back
Great customer service. I made a appointment for my daughter for her prescription for contacts. When we were there I decided to get fit for one eye for reading. The Dr. was glad to help me and got me fitted on the same appointment. Also, checked my eyes for health and found a minor abnormality for me to be aware of. This could possibly save my sight in my right eye. I would highly recommend them for your next eye exam.
Unhelpful. Got the wrong diagnosis and the wrong prescription for my glasses. When I went back I was denied service because it had been to long since my last eye exam. I went to another one in Woodbridge to find out he had missed diagnosed me and given me the wrong prescription. Didnt even get a refund. -Mari
I was recently diagnosed an astigmatism on my right eye that turned out to be completely wrong after getting my new glasses. I not only had to pay for someone else to do another exam but I had to replace my brand new glasses. Needless to say I wont be going back to see Dr. Ashfaq for an eye exam ever again. Unsatisfactory service and very bad practice.
Searching for an optometrist in the Fredericksburg area has not been an easy task. We decided to try this office because its outside of Costco and expected to have a decent experience. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, my husband and myself. My husband had his appointment and wasnt too concerned at away with the service he just cared about getting the exam done. I had my exam done and notice the office was very small, let any personality or welcoming vibes and the receptionist had very little conversation to offer even during the checkup process. When I had to I exam done, even though I had Lasik, the doctor asked me what I was in there for because I dont need glasses. Newsflash, just because you dont wear glasses and have had Lasik, you still should get your eyes checked! Nonetheless my daughters appointment was supposed to be right after mine. I explained to him that she had gone to an eye specialist previously and he then refused to see her. Initially he said that she was under 18. They knew that when I schedule the appointment. He didnt stated that I should just continue to go back to the specialist. I told him that she was cleared from The specialist and just needed to maintain regular eye exams. He then said well go back to her previous eye doctor. Rude is an understatement. Of all the eye doctors in Virginia, go anywhere but this place.
