A short notice order but she made it in a couple hours and it look perfect! The taste is also very good. My sisyer and brother in law really love the cake.

Annette created 2 of the most delicious cakes to celebrate my grandson’s 1st birthday when visiting Panama City Beach!! The smash cake was the perfect size for him and every decoration on it was edible and tasty!! We ordered a coordinating beach themed cake for everyone else in our group, and it was amazing!! We had someone in our group with eating issues, so Annette used limited fondant at our request. He had no issues with her fondant that was delicious, too! She was reasonably priced (especially compared to other professional bakers in PCB) and would highly recommend getting your cakes from Annette!! 🎂

We ordered my daughters first birthday smash cake as well as 2 dozen cupcakes. The cake was absolutely perfect (with the exception of my harsh driving lol) but the cake itself was so moist and just simply perfect! I asked that the cupcakes have strawberry frosting and I swear those were some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! Thank you so much for making my daughters birthday cake so memorable!!!! When you go for your tasting dont be fooled by the location. She works out of her kitchen. You are in the right place :). We had an outdoors themed wedding and we wanted the cake to look like wooden logs, tree stumps stacked on top of each other with our initials engraved on the side. When we did the cutting, people were surprised because they didnt even notice that it was the cake. It looked so realistic they thought it was another decoration. Almost all of the cake was consumed by our guests and as most of the other reviews will tell you, the cake was moist and tasty! It looked amazing and tasted great! Home run Annette!Our cake was three different layers (a 12, 10 and 8) each with its own icing/cake/filling combination. Annette was extremely responsive with our questions and flexible about the tasting. The tastings are setup where you choose a few icing/cake combinations and then choose filling flavors to try with each icing/cake combination. It was a very pleasant experience. All of the options were so good it was difficult to choose!We asked to have her setup delivery of the cake to the venue, which was on time and correct. Altogether a great service!

Annette made my kid’s cake in 2 days! The cupcakes with the black butter were OUT OF THIS PLANET 🌎🤤🤪😍The theme was Miles from Tomorrowland and the cake was Superstellar! Exactly how I ordered it! But the black butter..... By far one of the best cakes Ive had. I called Annette to see if she would be able to do a Tie Dyed Slime cake with fresh strawberries in the middle. I was thrilled she could as several bakeries I spoke with could only do jam. I choose Annette based off the reviews as I had never worked with or tasted any of her cakes. I along with all my guests loved the design of the cake, although the cake was for my 4 year old, I was very anxious to cut it open and was overjoyed that it was exactly what I requested. Absolutely perfect! She made our 6 inch wedding bride and groom cake and all 120 cupcakes just the way we wanted. They were gorgeous!! The color was spot on and the flower petal and rosette design looked elegant. She perfectly paired the flavors which we had the chance to sample at the tasting. She let us try several options and gave recommendations. By far the French vanilla cake with strawberry creme filling was our favorite. We also had red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The guests raved about how amazing the cake was! It was moist with just the right amount of filling. Our lemon cake with raspberry was yummy too! Didn’t have a cake box to fit the cake, so it was placed halfway in a box and the remainder covered with Saran Wrap. Because of this, rain drops got on the cake; the color should have been gold for the shoe but it was yellow and the heel was warped. There was some type of decorative costume jewelry bands placed around it (good thing the kids didn’t try to eat it). It actually tasted really good but the assembly looked rushed and for over 250 dollars, we should have had a box to protect it.

Two days before my 50th Birthday, I called Annette after being turned down by two other local bakeries. I had my two favorite dessert/cravings in my head and wanted to join them. White chocolate raspberry.Annette stated she had never done one and asked to call back. I waited and 15 minutes later she called and gave it her best shot.It was pure confection perfection!!!
