Been using Busy Bee for awhile now. Great customer service. Always greeted when i walk in.

The busy bee lacks customer satisfaction, customer acknowledgement, respect, helpfulness, agility to please, gratitude, joy, customer appreciation and any sort of manners towards clientele. I run my own business at a very young age and I am left dumbfounded every time I exit the busy bee. The business is run incredibly poorly and is a true testament to a lazy operation and how mannerisms in the work place rub off on faculty. The store is miss managed with an assortment of rude, incapable and lazy employees. The operation does not deserve to remain in business and it is incredibly frustrating to have to beg a business to ship a package when that is their line of “expertise.” I was denied a shipment from Fredericksburg to Dallas today because I was deemed “disrespectful” to other customers needs when I was the only person in the shop and no cars in sight pulling up. I am now having to drive my package to Dallas tonight and back in the morning because the store could not fulfill their job. Businesses should bend over backwards for their customers, guarantee satisfaction and do it with a smile yet something in this operation is incredibly broken and it shows. I hope the store will learn how to fix the obvious issues and change their attitude.

This store is unbelievably frustrating! Ive been in probably 10 times and have never been charged the same amount for printing simple documents and pre-paid shipping labels. The staff is not particularly friendly; it feels more like theyre putting up with you rather than looking for ways to help you.

The most friendliest place to print, copy, computer use and mail packages. Not like at the government post office where rudeness does exists by mean workers

If I could put a 0 star I would. There acknowledgment to there Customer Service is so low. Being a resident of this community I am ashamed to know that there is a Customer Service store that is this rude to there customers. The old saying goes treat others the way you would like to be treated. This is so appalling to know that there is even a store in the state of Texas, that would treat there customers they way you do. Way to go Busy Bee you have truly lost a customer and many more because of your attitude and snarky comments towards others.

Staff has poor people skills; haughty and unfriendly attitude. They used to have a super nice lady working there, but she hasnt been there in ages.In the future I will just go to the post office or the UPS store (who are both really well staffed, btw) and use my own copier.This place is negatively superfluous.

Great store with friendly people. They offer so many different services from shipping to printing to faxing. It all comes from the same small town feel that you expect from the folks in Fredericksburg!

Great place ...use it about once every 6 weeks, however this new location will likely not get much of my business....Parking is a JOKE! The stars are only for parking....would have been 5 at old place.

For packing and shipping these folks are A+ but for other items be sure you are not in a rush its a small town they have a small staff.
