I requested a Mario and Luigi hoodie for my son with his name on the bottom for his birthday as I didn’t see one I liked. He explained we could find it on google and he could make it for me the same as a paw patrol shirt I saw in the store. I paid and he told me to come back 30 minutes later. I came back and was VERY disappointed. The design he made had the white background around the picture...NOTHING LIKE THE TRANSPARENT ONES! I explained to him that I would have NEVER paid $55 for a kids hoodie like that had i known and especially when he told me he could have made it exactly like the others in the store which has transparent backgrounds! He was not willing to work with me or even change to something else! I will NOT ever purchase anything from him! Had he been honest upfront I would have selected something else! His quality was much like me purchasing the iron on paper and printing it at home!

Bad customer service he couldnt make eye contact with me very rude his prices kept jumping around he act like he didnt want my business I even had to wait and watch him pray for 10 mins when I walked in he was on his knees on the carpet he heard me look at me then continued praying like I wasnt there but I remained patience and he still came at me with a dont care attitude didnt say sorry or anything. Im taking my business else where he lost one

I am extremely disappointed with the finished product and no willingness to help correct the problem. It was poorly done and has peeled in the first day. The guy ruined each $60 shirt that I had done. This has costed me several hundred dollars with no correction on the mistakes made. After showing other print companies to repair the shirts every single one was appalled.

I want you to know I spent 70 dollars on a custom hoodie for my daughter as a birthday present and I literally just washed it for the first time and the E is peeling. Machine wash cold and hang dry like instructed. Your store is TRASH charging that much for custom work that dont hold up let alone the guy and his attitude is TRASH! People work hard for their money and your store ripped me off with its poor work!!!! IM VERY UPSET AS WELL AS MY DAUGHTER AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR STORE and will inform my many friends who continue to ask me about your store not to go there.

Ive bought a least 6 shirts from him in the last year I paid almost as much as I did for 4 as I did for 2 previous there a little pricey for the cheap shirts he use and my wifes shirt started to peel immediately

I’m giving a 3 star simply because the guy who runs it is a douche, and extremely rude I didn’t buy from him for this reason, online has much better cheaper options, also if you are buying 6 or more shirts I recommend “signs and shirts4 less” on rt.3
