Wonderful store. Great prices. You can definitely get a bargain here. I got floating flooring here that was half off what we could get it at Cosco. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience. Owners will work with you if you buy in bulk.

This place is definitely a hit or miss. They always have different stuff. Yes you have to look through boxes sometimes, I mean come on.... Its a discount store! :) The staff is super friendly and helpful! We just bought a King mattress today and they were so accommodating laying each mattress down on the stores floor for us to try out! We saved over $300 buying a mattress here instead of some mattress store. Thanks guys!

For starters NOTHING is going to be easy to find in here if you plan on going in and grabbing real quick take that thought out your head now!! VERY cluttered, as if i was all from a storage unit buy. Also if you have lil children you might want to bundle them up before going because there is NO HEAT inside the building neither. Prices are somewhat fair but the condition of items are a toss up because everything is just crammed on the shelves and tossed about.

Great prices had exactly what I wanted. Carrie was very helpful and definitely knows what is in the store. If you dont see it ask, they will know if it is in the store.

What a wonderful crew! I have been cruising through Open Box for years now. They never ceases to amaze me. I find that one thing I have been looking for at a price I can handle. Wonderful to have them work with me on 2 kayaks. Reduced for some minor damage do I could afford to grab one for my kids.

Great things for a great price. Of course it is not like a normal store. You need to go through boxes and boxes but I dont mind for half of the price. Love the staff, very helpful and honest. I will be back soon and open some more boxes.

They had what I wanted at a good price. Store is a little disorganized but the merchandise was accessable. The stock personnel were very helpful by properly securing my purchase in the trunk. They took the time to ensure my item stayed in place as it was sticking out of the trunk. Cant thank them enough. Staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent experience overall and would definitely shop there again.

My family loves this store! Love when they get new shipments in...you never know what gem you are going to find! The employees are so nice and helpful, they make you feel welcome every time we shop there! Highly recommend visiting this store weekly!!! A+

This is definitely not what I thought the store would be like. The inside of the store was filled with so much stuff that you could hardly move around without bumping into something. There were shelves of things and piles of things. Some of the merchandise looked like it had already been used and most of the merchandise wasnt even that much cheaper that if you would have bought it brand new.

I love going here! There is literally a ton of stuff to go through. A little gem of a store here in the Burg. Great deals on shoes and gym equipment and even household stuff. Friendly and helpful staff.

Somethings priced higher than should be do your research. Bring a smart phone and 0rice compare EXACT MODEL. once that has been done they usually work with you pretty good

Be careful about your purchase, we had issues with missing parts and they would not take it back or give refunds

This place is amazing! They pretty much have everything you could be looking for. Ive bought a air fryer, school supplies, things for every room in my house even a washer and if I needed one I know they have a full kitchen sink, and a oven! I was just there today and I always walk out with more then what I bargained for. Its nice to walk in and greeted with a warm welcome always! I absolutely love shopping here! Just wish they would get more t.v.s, and products like paper towels and TP like they used too. Honestly I always feel like I hit the Jack pot when i shop here. 😊

People complaining expect too much. They buy this stuff in bulk without seeing it. Its called open box so yes, its returned stuff/excess stuff/open boxed stuff. You can usually get some decent stuff here for 10-20% (on avg) under retail price. I stop in about once a month just to see what they have.

I went into the store Thursday to pick up an item a friend paid for but needed my truck to haul. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I was very impressed with their customer service skills.

This place is an organizational mess...they could take a bit more pride and care with the set up. It reminds me of a goodwill but way less organized. For every good deal you scavenge to find, you’ll encounter really weird things that just shouldn’t be for sale... I came across an open box with shirts and underwear that I don’t think were used, but were definitely dirty (covered in dust, looked like they had been dragged across the floor).

Small store but have good prices on what they do have. Go early if you see something advertised. Sometimes they only have one or two of the items.

This place can be hit or miss but it’s worth going to because once you find something it makes every other trip when you didn’t worth it! Bought an awesome vanity set for less money than old used ones were selling for on LetGo & OfferUp.

The store is a mess - dirty and claustrophobic. Tough to figure out when the hours are and when I have been able to visit it, you cant make heads or tails of the merchandise.
