I love this gym! The staff are so friendly and the place is extremely clean. The patrons are very courteous and respectful. The gym is in close proximity from my home.

The classes are fantastic! Especially yoga! It is great to support local trainers and owners.

This gym is always clean and the staff, although some of them are quite young, are always happy to see you and talk with the people here. They are sometimes informal but its a gym and Im usually sweating when i talk to them. they are willing to go out of their way to help you. the equipment and bathrooms are clean (an impeccable accomplishment considering cleanliness is a constant forsaken battle when dealing with 24/7 destruction from patron neglect) and the locker rooms are some of the biggest and cleanest ive ever seen. there is definitely a sense of belonging here, everybody is nice and its very family friendly- they have a very friendly child-care. The price is very fair, considering members have 24/7 access and they offer a wide variety of group fitness classes as well as yoga. my membership is less than $30/month, and theyre always doing promotions. Its kind of out of the way located in a small shopping center but the parking lot is well lit at night. The owner is there very frequently and loves chatting with the patrons, everyone seems to know him, hes greeted me before and was very warm and open to criticism. I told him the machines seemed kind of crowded and he explained to me how hes been rearranging them to optimally use space and another time i told him the music was too loud and he turned it down. another time i told an employee that the bathrooms were dirty (somebody had evidently had a rough day) and within 5 minutes they were spotless. They honestly want you to be comfortable here. 5 stars for quality and price. Ive been a member for 6 months.

I entered the door to be greeted by an newly and enthusiastic employee by the name of nii abraham. He waved and said how we doing brother! I waved back and he approached me to welcome me and reassure me hell do anything to make my experience worth wild. He told me he dosent leave until every inch of the gym has been clean, even if that means cleaning the stall with his own tooth brush. He winked at me so Im assuming that was a joke. Or experience continued as I saw him prowl over to me as I did squats. Ive never seen a man so willing to get in there to help a man with his squats.

Loved the body pump class!!!However... I went in for the 1st time, no one was there to greet me or check me in ? Finally I found someone to ask for help and found the kids club area. I was not impressed, they have no security or check in and out method. They didnt even ask my name or anything about the baby, it was dirty and I was very disappointed..I was so sad because its affordable and close to my home but I am a mom and need a clean, healthy, and safe environment for my kids.

This gym is fantastic!!Very clean and the staff is great. I love all the classes and workout programs 1440 has to offer.Awesome place!

DO NOT GO THERE !!!! they are scam, Dirty gym and they lie to your face, they over charged me lots of money without me knowing. and dont let your payment goes late cause they will charge you late payment fee of $25 !!!! yes you read it rite !! $25 late fees which was never explained to me when i signed up with them and that wasnt my fault it was the bank fault. even though i did ask all questions possible to avoid any situations like this. the managers there dont care and they just hang up on you when they feel like it. Go somewhere else and trust me you will be happy.

I joined on a promotion in the summer and signed up with a trainer. She helped structure my busy schedule (with kids, thank you child care!) and gave me manageable goals each month. Looking forward to 2018 at 1440!

Decent gym, 24 hours. Moved away and the hoops to jump through to cancel. I called with my tag number and thats not good enough. Another lousy experience from a gym eager to take your money and not eager to stop taking it.

Staff is amazing, the facility is great, couldnt ask for a better place to work, and its 24 hours a day access works perfect with our schedule(s)!!!!!
