The crew who did my fence today were fantastic! They left no trash or debris and smoothed out dirt from the post holes. It looks wonderful. The estimate was a great price and the materials came earlier than promised, which was a big plus. I highly recommend Triple K for your fencing needs.

We got our fence finished yesterday, only took 2 days of work. Quality is great. Supplies arrived faster than anticipated. Only issue is that we thought we asked for pvc coated wire instead of traditional, they were quick to fix at no extra charge. Thank you Triple K!

Fence companies seem to only have mostly bad reviews, so I was skeptical during my search for a fence builder. After months of driving past neighborhoods and looking at fences, one of the Triple K fences caught my eye. My experience with Triple K from initial contact through install was truly better than expected! They were quick to respond to all of my questions, provide me with an estimate, and visit the site to go over the details. Installers arrived on time each day and did quality work. Materials used were good and there was minimal impact to my yard. Thanks for the great service!

UPDATE: On top of being condescending and rude, they are also liars. Their reply implies that I had called several times. This is an outright lie. This was the very first conversation we had with Triple K about our gate and patio. Had Keith simply stated to us what the person who submitted a reply below stated, we would have thanked him for his professional advice and gone with a different route. I noticed there are several complaints about the same guy who is unbelievably the owner. Either we are all liars or this company is. Good luck to anyone who chooses to trust this company.I had my fence put in a year ago. We had a concrete patio installed & one of the gates can’t open anymore. I called to simply ask if it was possible to raise the gate or if we should order a new one through them. The owner laughed at me and said “we can’t raise the gate!”. It took me aback so I just handed the phone to my husband. The man continued with his condescending tone and told my husband he can’t do anything for us. We never even got a chance to explain what we wanted. The owner even bad mouthed his former employee who originally sold us the fence. For goodness sake I just wanted to either raise or purchase a new gate from them! Rotten customer service.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS.We had our orginal fence put up 15 years ago. Called for repairs in March...you have to pay the entire amount before they set up a start date. Finally repaired gate in May. One month later same problem, couldnt open gate. I just got a pretty gate. (and it is not that pretty!)Keith told me he would come out and look. SOMEONE moved the latch, I was at home door open but they did not let me know they were there. No knock, or doorbell ring. Wood is bowed, split, uneven, boards touching in places, gaps in others, they tore up my paved driveway replacing boards. The gate works now but it is a very sloppy job. My fence will not be on their webpage, I would be ashamed if it was my company.

The fence is sturdy and of great quality. No issues with the actual fence, however, I have an issue with the job that was done and how they resolved my issue. “Things happen”, is the response I got when they cut my cable line leaving me without internet and cable. I work from home and this leaves me without being able to work. I was told, “You should have a business account”. They did contact Verizon for me but they will not be out for another 2 days and on a Saturday in which I have plans. There was no effort made to reduce the cost as I am significantly inconvenienced and out of work. I understand “things happen” but the customer service was not upheld to make me feel like a valued customer. My concerns were dismissed and I wasn’t asked “will I be using the same card”. Disappointed is an understatement!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. The fence they built us is gorgeous! The craftsmanship is superb! Not to mention the price was very affordable! We even had an issue with property lines and they worked around us without missing a beat. They ended up having to add another line of fencing, and what would have taken weeks because of Covid, took them less than 24hrs to work around. The crew was on time every single day, cleaned up after themselves and Korey went out of his way to come out here to address whatever issues we had. Would definitely recommend! My builder recommended Triple K. Triple K finished the fence in 2 days with a 3 man team. They did an excellent job! My family and dogs love the enclosed space. Triple Ks quote came in a few thousand dollars less than the other contractors that I had quote the same job. They installed a 5 board estate fence with 10 foot gate on my property. I would highly recommend Triple K not only for their price, but for the quality and workmanship. Thank you!

These folks installed our fence about 15 years ago and did great work at a fair price. Two years ago some trees fell onto a section of the fence and their repair estimate was very fair and their response time was quick. Today they came out to replace 6 old fence posts and once again it was quick work and a great price.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I asked to go forward with a quote, but asked to have someone meet me at my house to lessen the feet due to some water concerns. Keith was downright combative and would NOT come out to answer any questions. Just lost my business. Guess what Keith, I am a female and I DO know what I am talking about!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! To the response that was given. You obviously were NOT on the phone call. Keith was down right combative and RUDE. If he actually came to my property, he would have known what I was talking about. I only wanted to lessen the feet in the back. He wouldn’t even listen to my concerns without getting angry and talking over me. My property lines are clearly tagged!No one ever came to my property. I have not only posted here but multiple places to show everyone how unprofessional your business is. Instead of lying on a response to try to make yourself look better, maybe train your owner on customer service.

This was the worst! Looked great when it started but within a year, planks were popping off all over the place, warped and just a mess. They came out and replaced a couple planks once, then put us off for two years until our warranty ran out. Gates are sagging, planks are still popping off, you can see light through every panel. Many of the planks are splitting because they drove the nails in way too deep. Just shotty work and materials. Might be the least expensive option but turned out to be the most expensive as my husband’s ongoing job is to screw planks in, buy new planks, stain them and install them. Every day I hate my fence. Save yourself some heartache and move on.

Giving one star because Google won’t allow you to chose none. The communication was nonexistent. Materials were a month late but didn’t know until I CALLED. No apology given, just attitude. When the installer came to input fence, he didn’t come and announce he was at my property while I’m half dressed...he just shows up and gives attitude as well. A job consists of all things which includes communication, acknowledgment and understanding. And it was a simple fence install, so it’s not like magical work was being done. Measurements are off anyway! Would not use again.

Overall, Triple K Fence was the most affordable option. We decided to go with a 6’ horizontal plank wood fence. Corey came to do the estimate. He did a good job on the estimate; however, did not discuss a few details about the fence (Gate appearance, caps on posts, gate, hardware, etc.).The install team came out and worked quickly. They installed the posts and began to install the planks when I realized the gap between each plank (1 inch) was too large. After speaking with Corey and discussing the change, the install team pulled off the planks and installed them with no gaps. Corey was wonderful to work with and was able to assist us with this change.We recently relocated to VA from NY and had a new fence installed at our old residence. A recommendation for the Triple K team that the fencing company did in NY (which was very beneficial) would be to have a secondary meeting with clients to provide a brochure or images of what the final product will look like. Also during this meeting it gives clients time to discuss details of their new fence (gate appearance, hardware, etc) prior to this large purchase.All said and done, we are happy with the final product and would recommend them.

I just moved to Fredericksburg from NM and didn’t know any fencing pros here. A friend suggested a few names and I contacted them. Triple K was by far the easiest to work with and actually made me feel like they wanted the business.The estimates were done quickly and accurately. We supplied the survey, they consulted with us and planned the job. There were no cost overruns or other “issues” you hear about with contractors. They even supplied additional information on the same day when my HOA requested it.Everyone there was pleasant and communicative. They took the time to address my questions. My yard had a few issues with an erosion control drain and they addressed those with me and helped me work out how to work around them.Due to COVID issues, they were up-front with me about lead times due to ordering the materials, and when the materials came in a few days early, they called immediately to see if I wanted to move my install up due to a delay on another job.When their crew got done earlier than planned on another job the day before my install, they called and asked if the crew could come over and do a few hours of prep work for the following day. I jumped on the chance!On the day of install, the crew showed up on-time, and were very hard working. They worked well with another construction crew that were working on the adjacent property and managed to get the fence installed in a day.While they worked quickly, it was mainly due to efficiency. The fence is very solid and the gates/lock work well. The posts are also dug in deep with concrete and level with caps. They built the fence to allow drainage into the erosion control drain but in a way that there isn’t a gaping hole under the fence. Very craftily done and it has held up very well even in the recent heavy rain.A great job all around by a great company. I definitely recommend and will be using them again if we ever need another fence on our next home.

Please do not build on this companyOn August 13th, I called 3 to get an estimate, and the call was made, but the female employee answered the phone. I received the phone quite unpleasantly, and the next day my wife came up and tried to request it, but she decided to set the time at her own pace and said she would not, so she forced her to leave.Does the owner know these things of the employee?You will never regret it if you get the construction done by this company.

I called and asked for an estimate to repair my small fence. I was told someone would stop by at some point someday and leave it at my door. I called again on October 6th, a week after my initial call, to see when I could expect someone to come by with an estimate and was told to wait longer. I still havent heard anything. I really didnt even want an estimate; I 100% planned to just go with whatever they said. Clearly they dont want my money so it would have been nice to just be told that.

While driving around the area I have seen multiple Triple K signs on fences and they seemed to do good work. In discussions with neighbors, Ive also heard they are very reasonable with their cost. I decided to have a fence installed by them and hired them without even seeking a few other estimates. This was a mistake.I will admit they did pretty good work and the finished product was mostly what we had envisioned. Unfortunately we cannot recommend them due to a grievous lack of professionalism by a member of their installation crew. The company eventually made an amends with us but not before we had to talk with several individuals. The employees significant lack of professionalism and the companys indifference during our attempt to resolve the situation is why we decided to leave 2 out of 5 stars. We almost went with one star, but must admit that the fence does look good. Unfortunately the quality of work will be marred by the experience we encountered.

After having Triple K install my fencing I requested additional work to add a drive gate and relocate the walk gate. Their team was very helpful and courteous. After the rain delays I now have my new gates and I love the ease of access to my back yard.Thanks Triple K for the professionalism and your patience with my changing the original fencing design.

This establishment are the most rude and unprofessional folks I have ever dealt with in my entire life. A quote was provided for the construction of a Vinyl Fence for my property and I requested a break of $300 from the $6800. I reached out a couple of weeks past the 30 Day period and they advised that my quote had expired and that they will be passing on my job. No offer was made to provide a revised quote or work with me in any way to get the project going. I followed up with a call and was met with the same nasty attitude. Absolutely classless, condescending, rude and will advise any of my friends or family to steer clear away from this outfit. Customer service is extremely lacking and non-existent and they should not even be in business.

Fair prices and they put up our fence in one day.

Took time out to get a estimate they never called me with estimate called back the following week said they would follow up on it guess what still nothing very disappointed no need to waste your time here

They did a privacy fence for us three years ago. It still looks great. From time to time our gate will start to lean, since it is a bigger size gate, and the company tightens it up for us no questions asked. They did the job in one day at a reasonable rate! I referred them to a friend who is also very pleased with the worked and stated his neighbors complimented the work done.

I called Triple K twice within 2 weeks and was told someone was going to come by my home to give an estimate for my fence. No one ever came then I called and left a voicemail ask8ng for an approximate time and date no call back. So I guess my business isnt wanted which is a shame because their company installed my fence 10 years ago and did an excellent job.

Fabulous fence and people!! New to King George, and just bought a brand new home, top two goals were a security system and a fence for my dogs. Triple K was absolutely wonderful. Korey was very professional and VERY patient with me, as I kept changing my mind. He gave wonderful advice on what type of fence and what layout to use. I have never regretted my decision. He is amazing. I am so happy I chose them out of all the folks I looked at. Money and time well spent.

Pricing was good. The guys that came out for an estimate were kind. I would have preferred they rescheduled the install instead of coming out in the rain. They got the job done and the fence looks great. However my driveway and surrounding grounds is a torn up mud fest.

I’ve had them do two fences for me, one was a 6ft privacy fence and the other a 4ft fence with three gates. Both were pressure treated wood. They had the best prices and the work was top notch. Always surprised me how quickly they can assemble these, best around in my opinion.

We just had Triple K at our home. Let me say this being in a trade. 1. The crew was fantastic extremely polite. 2. The quality of work was fantastic, we did the gothic style fence with a self closing gate and a 10 ft double gate looks great and those guys absolutely rolled today. 3. The pricing man that was even better, and let me add we had 160 ft of fencing with the gates and we loved the price. But the bonus was we had a additional area about 50 ft wide. Which we thought we get priced in at a different point when we went to do our back yard in the near future . Well me and my wife had a derp moment I guess didn’t realize that area was already included in the original estimate so this being done today was just a complete bonus for us.So again Tripke K is great, great quality work, great pricing I will being make damn sure I recommend them to anybody that ask about possibly doing a fence.

Triple K Fence Inc is the ideal place to go for “hard to find” fence components, as well as your basic designs. I was searching online for some colonial gothic fence posts, and I thought I was going to have to try and cut my own until I called Triple K Fence. I arrived at their location needing 6 posts, and they only had 5 already cut and available, and one of their staff members came back in off his lunch break early and cut the 6th post for me right there on the spot. That is great service that is hard to find. I appreciated the service and I was able to get all of the fence posts I needed without having to come back the next day to get the last post. They have a huge selection of in-stock fence components, and an almost unlimited selection of special order fence design materials to choose from. I will definitely continue to purchase fence materials from them.

Triple KKK Fencing was a great company to work with. Weve used them in the past with great results so much so that several of our neighbors tagged along. Fast forward seven years we are pleased again! Korry came out for the initial consultation and understood all of our needs and passed them on to one of the most polite and professional site managers, Candido. His crew came out and installed our fence sitting on a half acre lot quickly without any complications. I would certainly recommend them. Oh! And, of course use them in the future.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful as well the rep who came to provide us the estimate on the fence we wanted installed, and the flexibility to install part of the fence now, and the rest later this year/early in 2020. The crew who came to install the fence were proficient, professional, super work ethics, and the install was nicely done.

I just had my fence installed and have to say the entire experience was 5 STARS.From the office people, through Korey ( the salesman ) to the installers ( Jose and his son ) the entire process was perfect.I have Issues with water and was VERY concerned with how the fence would impact my exterior drains and how rain drains off my lot. After telling Korey that, he worked out some changes in how the posts, etc.would be placed and installed. He was very responsive and in addition, came out the first day to discuss it again with the team and myself.In this day of many contractors not even responding to calls it is gratifying to have this company.In addition. Jose and his son very helpful and personable. They would let me know when and what they were doing throughout.Definitely recommend!!

Do not use this company! Keith is absolutely rude! Been in customer service my entire life and have never been treated so rudely in my entire life and to see them on here defending his actions is absolutely insane. Get rid of that guy and promote the receptionist. She’s got herself together.

They came to my residence and built a fence for my house. One of the openings for the fence has a huge gap. We asked them to come and fix the issue but they only mad it worse. We called and went to the office and they lied and said they will bring someone out to fix it now months have passed by. They were also very short and unprofessional when I was telling them about my issue. I would not recommend them to anyone especially since they didn’t give me good service after they took my money.

Three weeks ago we had Corey come out to look at our property and what we wanted to do. It has been three weeks and three phone calls to triple k later and still no estimate.

I have always heard to call triple k fencing. So I did. 4 times in the last 3 weeks!! Just requesting an estimate to be done!!!! Just an estimate! I have almost a half acre property. I NEVER received a call back, I kept calling. I just got off the phone with them again. Out of all the fencing, one small gate will have a concrete walkway poured under it. I informed them of this. They said that makes it “too complicated” and they are too busy. And “ma’am we can’t help you, call a handyman.” She was talking about the grading and changes, etc. and I tried to explain that information is incorrect, there is no grading changes or anything. I simply wanted my fencing replaced and wanted to speak with a salesman about the process in getting this completed. She wouldn’t give me the time of day, never let me talk to a salesman, and only said with a very rude voice and cut me off saying, “just call a handyman, we can’t help you.” Without ever seeing the property, without ever having a salesman call me back. And the receptionist was so very rude. I’m speechless. This one will NEVER get my money. — looking for recommendations.

I had them work on a fence at my house on two separate occasions, and both times they were very affordable and did good work. They turned around my last fence project in about two weeks (was the offseason but still that is pretty darn good) and had it done in a day.

We are very pleased with a good work installation of our vinyl fence. The quality of the material are very good, also the installation guys were very professional. They did a great job. Now our family can enjoy our backyard!

Triple K installed a three board fence with wire around our property. Corey was a very professional salesman and helped with all my questions. The company was very understanding when we had to postpone our fence due to a tree issue. Yesterday the fance was installed by four guys who were respectful, professional and hard working! I would recommend this company.

Price was great and they understood what we wanted. The fence looked great! There was a tad miscommunication about where the main gate was to go but they came out and fixed it and now its exactly how we wanted it. The gals in the office were really sweet, Korey our salesman came out twice to talk with us. The crew worked really quickly and efficiently.

I saw all the reviews before I decided what company to hire. Today I was supposed to have my fence install but still waiting on HOA approval. Called triple K and they change my install date without any issues. Kory was definitely willing to work with me. I recommend this company to all my neighbors at Embrey Mills and the price was amazing compared to the quotes I received from other companies.

We chose Triple K because they had put in the majority of the fences in our new subdivision. When our fence was built I wasnt home. When I got home I had some concerns. There was bowing on both sides and pieces of vinyl left in my backyard. I have a puppy who immediately started eating them. I left a message for someone to call me the next day. I got a call the next morning from the OWNER. Expressing my concerns he continued to say I find that hard to believe. After several minutes of going back and forth I offered to send him the photos I had. He didnt want to see them. He then said I was only complaining because I dont want to pay my bill. I must not pay my bills. I have never been so disrespected in my life and I work in customer service. He said he would show up the next day but he didnt the guy who built the fence came by and explained why the fence was that way. I understood and there was no more issue. I gave him the bag of vinyl I picked up to take back to his boss. I spoke to the owner again who did a complete 180...oh sorry I come across rough sometimes. No not ok!!!! I dont know how someone so disrespectful and rude continues to stay in business. I spoke with Martha in the office and she was just as bad. Yes I did pay my bill because I received a service but anyone who asks I will tell them about the horrible customer service and will Never use or recommend

Despite bad overall reviews, we got a quote from them (and 2 other firms) because theyve done most of the fences in our neighborhood (which all look good). Triple K came in the most affordable by far (almost half what Fredericksburg Fences quoted), and also the most responsive and communicative - Martha at their office is so sweet and efficient. Additionally, Triple Ks quote included cementing all fence posts, where the other two did not (and were still more expensive). They put the fence in today - 2 weeks from signing to installation. The team (3 people) took 4 hours to put it in - amazing - and it looks great. The only not absolutely perfect thing is that they did not remove the dirt dug out for the fence posts (not that they ever said they would) but they did remove everything else - the spare wood bits, cement bags, etc. I am overall very impressed and glad I took the risk even with the bad reviews.

Do not use this company. Ten years ago they installed a split rail fence at my house with two gates. I have called multiple times to get them to come out and repair / rest the gates and do general maintenance on the fence. No response. I have read many of the reviews on this site and they are all true. Their response is always, some one on vacation, got a bad address, so and so was busy and we will have to reschedule. I have never worked with a company, especially one where salesman are paid on commission, that makes it so hard to do business. I contacted triple k fence 3 times before they provided me with an estimate. The estimate I received was wrong. When I contacted the salesman he told me “well that’s what my sheet said” and was extremely rude . It took 2 weeks to get a corrected estimate, which was still wrong! The only person who has any sense in that company is the secretary. Promote her ditch the rest. Terrible customer service. If you get Kieth as your salesman request a new one.It’s funny the company spends more time on google defending their terrible customer service Rather than fixing the issues.

I cannot say anything good or bad about the fencing provided by Triple K. However, the customer service there is HORRIBLE. Made an appointment for Friday to get an estimate. That call was nice enough. I was unavailable for the rest of the week and Karen was helpful and made the appointment for me. Wednesday I receive a voicemail saying that Korey will not be in North Stafford on Friday, but he will on Thursday and could he come by later in the evening on Thursday? I thought, hmmm they remembered I wouldnt be home til later Thursday from my first conversation. So far so good right? It all turned bad when I called to take them up on the Thursday estimate and was then told hes unavailable. Why tell me he is available, if hes not. If youre too busy to do it, just say so. Thats what Prestige did and I was OK with that. I dont appreciate being strung along.

Im considering Triple K fence Inc.After studying the comments Ive come to an assumption on the horrible, highly subjective, negative reviews:I believe they are mostly Democrats in sheeps clothing.Perhaps its WE who need bigger fences too keep those numskulls out of OUR property?!

We have had Triple K put a fence in for us twice now.First time was about 10 years ago. It was a combination wood plank and chain link. Did a good job, attractive, lasted well over time.Second fence was put in about a year ago at our new home. This one was split rail and field fencing. They used good quality materials, did the job on time, attractive appearance.Not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you paid for. Good value for the money.

We received 2 estimates from Korey at Triple K Fence Inc. for a front fence & a rear fence, & decided to have the front fence installed first. Korey told us we would get a call a day or 2 before the installation would take place. However, the install crew showed up with no notice at 2:30 on Thursday 7/28/16, & rushed to finish at about 6 pm in the midst of a thunderstorm. We mentioned concrete dust fingerprints all over the black aluminum fence & the crew said they would wash off in the rain [in 2 heavy rains from Thursday night to Monday, they did not]. On Friday, we noticed that they had not put asphalt repair around 1 of the 3 fence posts in the driveway as contracted, & also found some screws in the driveway over the weekend. We checked the gate & found that 1 side had only 2 of the 6 screws installed (1 in each hinge), though the other side did have all 6 screws installed. We called Monday 8/1/16 to mention the 3 issues & the woman apologized, particularly about the lack of screws on the gate, & said the issues would be fixed. A couple hours later, we noticed that someone had come by (without letting us know they were here) & put in the 4 missing screws on the gate, but used tar-based crack filler that looked like frosting on the 9” x 4” area at the 3rd post instead of the asphalt repair patch. There were also still concrete dust fingerprints all over the black fence from the installation. When we called again, the owner Keith called back. He said our trashcans would cover the tar crack filler he had put at the 3rd fence post & he dismissed our comment that we didn’t feel we should have to have our trashcans hide a shoddy repair, especially when the asphalt repair patches at the other 2 posts had been done properly. The owner also said that only 2 screws were needed to connect the 5-foot half gate to the fence, even though the manufacturer has it designed for 6 & the crew did put all 6 screws on the other half of the gate. Keith said he himself would only have put 2 screws on each half of the gate & more were unnecessary, regardless of the manufacturer’s design. He said we were being picky about 1.) the gate being properly & fully secured to the fence, 2.) the difference in the frosting-like crack filler & the proper asphalt repair patches, & 3.) the concrete smudges all over the black aluminum fencing from the installation (“since the fence would get pollen & dirt on it eventually anyway,” he said). When we mentioned that we were not happy, especially since we had planned to go ahead with the rear fence installation, he said not to bother. We asked if that meant he wasn’t interested in our business & he said he didn’t need it. He was argumentative & belittled our concerns during the entire conversation. We then told him we would be sure to let our neighbors, co-workers, & others know of our experience with his company. (The 1 star rating is not for the product, but is solely due to the owner Keith’s attitude & lack of customer service.)

Okay customer service; but after less than 14 months since built, I have a warped gate, and two warping fence posts that need to be replaced. Ive called and left messages; and once talked to a nice lady who told me to mark the posts and such and someone would come out and take a look - 6 months later and many voice messages left on the companys phone number, still no contact. Sadly disappointed.

This is the third fence our family has gotten from Triple K Fence over the last 11 years. I have gotten 2 different board on board fences at our previous townhouses, and a large backyard dip fence. All the fencing we have had has been constructed on time with excellent workmanship at a reasonable price. I paid a bit extra for the top quality boards (hand picked for less knots) though was not much difference in pricing. I was a bit concerned on our first fence because the wood is treated and was a slight greenish color for a few weeks but fades to a very nice brown. My old fence, 8 years old now, my gates just needed adjustment twice, both times serviced free! I highly comment this company. Get Korey as your salesman, he was on time, very knowledgable and friendly. He was out on a call once when I call the office but he called me back the next day.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I was reminded today as I walk my dog in the snow and wind how much I hate our fence from this company. We moved here ten years ago, and opted for a vinal fence from this company (almost three times the amount as wooden fence). We liked the look a lot better than the wooden one. Within a month of having the fence we had a windy day outside and part of our fence fell down because of it ! When I called the company to tell them about what happened, they told me and I quote yes that will happen with that type of fence. Seriously ? I have outdoor dogs that will roam the neighborhood if given the chance to, say whenever a fence decides to fall down on a windy day. So I have to try and predict when it is safe to leave them outside. I have noticed others in my neighborhood that have since replaced their vinal fence since it did the same to them. I would NOT recommend this company due to their lack of concern for our problem, and taking hard earned money we gave them for their awful product.

They fenced close to an acre for us so we have spent a lot of money on fencing and they did a great job of installing the fencing. The problem came recently when part of the fence washed out in a storm. We have called three times and cannot get anyone to come out and look at the damage. Apparently they do not repair their work. I would hesitate to use them again for that reason. I have dogs I need to contain and having part of the fence down is annoying.

They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Best prices arpund by a long shot.

We called to get an Estimate and they were very rude, stating we had to work around their schedule and the were not going to be in our area when we suggested for them to come out. The pushed we change our schedule to meet their needs. Very unprofessional, if you want a job you do what YOU can to get the customer. Not force them to change their entire schedule. We will find another company and not reccomend them to ANYONE, horrible experience!

If I could rate lower I would. TripleK came out to provide a quote for a fence which they did but I asked if we could go a little bit lower. The individual that quoted me said he would have to ask his boss and he would get back to me, he never did. I call TripleK looking for this guy and I get Keith the so called President of the company but due to his immaturity, inability to communicate, and serious lack of leadership skills he is just another contractor. Anyway, Keith apparently felt insulted and let his emotions speak for him because he was rude and self-centered. He is not the only one that can put up a fence and now he will not get my money or anyone I know. I will never refer this company to anyone. TripleK seriously needs to look changing their leadership structure because they just lost out on 13K because of Keith.

Fence damaged in a storm. They refused to make repairs because they didnt install the fence. Most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. Rude customer service.

Keith is the rudest individual I have come across. Does noes listen to what you want...talks over you...then states...Gonna have to pass on this job
