I always love a trip to World Market, but today Megan went above and beyond in providing such excellent customer service to a customer who refused to wear a mask, which is required by store policy. I overheard Megan providing the customer with multiple options to meet their shopping needs, all of which kept the customer, as well as other shoppers and staff who were wearing masks, the opportunity to stay safe.Just the biggest shout-out to Megan for keeping us all safe, and doing it with such calm and grace in a tough situation. I’m super grateful!! Looking forward to my next trip to World Market!

Ive always had great customer service at this World Market, but I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience today. I wanted to say a public thank you to Isabel who heard what I had to say and was professional, kind and happy to help me with my purchase.Back story: I needed a price adjustment on an item I had purchased online that went on sale the next day. I had driven two hours to pick this item up in Charlottesville. I called customer service for assistance and had even stopped by the Richmond storefront just because I was in the area. I was especially frustrated with my experience in the Richmond store where the associates did not take the time to understand what had happened and were not willing to help.So, thank you, Isabel and the team at the World Market in Spotsylvania. Youve always been happy to greet me and offer your help help when Ive walked into your store. I appreciate your customer service!

This store is ok. It has a wide selection of wine and snacks. I would say this store is also good for gift shopping because there are a lot of little items you probably wouldnt find elsewhere. However, it is the same stuff year over year. So if you were there last year you already know what your in for.

If I had more money, this is the store I would spend it in. Mostly on the European foodstuffs, especially the chocolate and tea of which they have a wonderful variety. Also, they sell a very good port wine and some good deals on other wines. Ive also bought a few scarves from here that I use daily. Definitely a place to check out!

Love this place...my first visit. Great selection of wine and beers. This place has a little bit of everything. From gourmet coffees to small furniture items.Only downside for me was that the free tasting beverages were all empty.

My first time in this lovely shop. Carol welcomed us with a warm greeting, advised of sale items as well and full run of the store to explore! So many beautiful things in this place, I will be back!

I can often find detailed foods and treats from my native home so I love it here. When I get homesick I come here and get some snacks to help. The sales associates are friendly and always ready to help. The items are a little pricey in my opinion but its better than nothing.

Love this place! Many of the kitchen items are similar in style to Crate & Barrel but much less expensive. Lots of great little gifts throughout.

Had a hunch of cool stuff, however; I am either mad broke or the stuff just seemed way too over priced. I mean I usually at least walk around an entire store like this on first visit but I may have looked down 2 aisles before being turned off by the price of things

I like to come here for all my Asian cooking needs. This is definitely a run down building thats not in the best location, but the staff is friendly and they have a really wide variety of things to purchase. Its usually not too busy and you can browse the aisles in peace

The associates are always so nice and very helpful, they will do whatever is necessary to make sure you find exactly what you need!

What a aweful place..

Bad customer service and unorganized checkout process. We got in line behind another individual when there were no other customers on the front end. After waiting for a few minutes for the customer in front of us to finish checking out, in plain view of the cashier, he then asked us to go back to a waiting area after a few customers had gotten in line. Why he would wait that long to say something and expect us to go to the back of the line is beyond me. After finishing the customer he walked away without a word. We left our cart and and will never return.

I love World Market! You can find cool decor, nice lighting, and interesting food. (And a nice wine selection) I buy all of my curtains here.
