How do the guys come out for a estimate and not determine if they can perform the job??? I even paid in full. Cash. They come out and can only do half the job and don’t wanna refund half of my money. That’s terrible business practice. I pay $830 but only get $355 back? I wanted two glass doors replaced.Don’t deal with these crooks.

I had a pane broken on a double paned window. From first call to installation, White Supply and Glass Company was excellent. Their communication throughout the process was great! They even dealt with my need to reschedule easily and without issue. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great customer service! family owned with a personal touch! The owner of the company came by to clean up the broken glass b/c all of his guys were at other locations working. the glass i needed was a special order but his guys took panels from another window section and installed them on the outside to secure my building. They had us looking presentable within hours of the vandalism.

Very professional. Dropped what he was doing at cut a piece of glass for me while I waited and only charged me 5 bucks. I have been dealing with Whites since the 60s. Wonderful people.

I was moving and I noticed a broken window, money was very tight due to a sudden death I needed to move. Their price was excellent and the service even better!

I should probably only award 4 stars because of the amount of time it took for them to get to our job, but believe me, it was worth the wait. This company provides old-fashioned customer service; that means incredible attention to detail and quality. The custom craft repairs so that they look like originals. We had to replace a few windows in our home where the seal had broken and they fogged up. At a fraction of the cost of replacement, they repaired them and they look and function as good as new. I highly recommend them.

It took almost 30 days to get the glass for our window replaced. No communication at all. We had to keep checking, the lady that would rudely answer the phone would always have to go to the front to check. Seemed the one guy who could ever answer questions was either away, at lunch, or would be back shortly. Would highly recommend if you need something done quickly, find another business.

Their website states “Free estimates” but was told that it would cost $120 to come to Bumpass, 45 mins away. If you are going to charge, then don’t advertise free estimates. Would not recommend..

They have always done a great job replacing blown seals on our windows, and the one time they broke a window when we came to get it, they fixed it without any problems or complaints

Gentleman called my wife to schedule an in home estimate, but as soon as I reminded her of a prior obligation on that particular day...he didn’t seem to be interested anymore. He told my wife that he would get back with her, but that has yet to be done. Not very friendly people.
