The 2 employees were extremely nice and welcoming, which was great because I have just started getting back into smoking and they explained everything to me. Well, that was disappointing... gave these guys a great review a few weeks back based on customer service when I purchased a glass piece from them ... got home and noticed a crack...retuned the next day to ask about it... they informed me that the crack would not interfere with it working AND if it does just to-bring it back..so I went along with it and kept the broken piece, my mistake. I definitely should have demanded a replacement then and there... needless to say the piece just sat no big deal, figured Id just exchange it next time Im in. ( Mind you its only about a $35 piece) I went to make another purchase today, which would have been a much more expensive purchase and spoke to the same guy, he even agreed he remembered our conversation... claiming its been used... (yeah no duh thats how I knew it was broken) anyway Im not heartbroken over $35, I can definitely take my business elsewhere., but just wanted to retract my great customer service comment because this interaction was not! Too bad guys... I tried to help out some young entrepreneurs and give you business and repeated business at that, but you let us walk out over $35 that you knew was already broken.

This place is awesome. It seems low key but they have some beautiful glass pieces in there and they have a pretty good selection. But theres plenty of space and the owner was super cool. I really enjoyed talking to him. Dude cares about just customer service and if he hasnt tried anything he gives you the feedback that he has gotten from other people. Recently upgraded from a Novo to a Nord X and wasnt sure what wattage to set it to for salt nic.
