Ran out of gas a few months ago call them they showed up the next day to fill it call 2 days ago let them know I needed gas they filled it yesterday very dependable company

I caution anyone who uses Ferrellgas as their source of heating fuel from this location. When I switched from another Propane Gas company to them they sent an inexperienced young man to hook up the tanks to my house. The boy knew nothing of how Furnaces worked and tried lighting a Pilot on a Self lighting igniting furnace. He ended up damaging our furnace so badly that it nearly caught fire that winter and could have burned our house down...Because he kept using a flame to try and light it he melted the wiring next to the igniter and caused such damage we had to replace our furnace and it cost us several thousand dollars. When we made a complaint the Serviceman denied it even though hed made several calls back to his office trying to get help in spite of the fact I repeatedly told him where the switch was located.We had also set up for a payment plan and had missed 2 payments due to my husband losing his job. We explained that the money was coming and would be paid through a private charity but right before the 3rd month and just days prior to being paid for the entire shipment of Gas they sent someone in the middle of the night to take the tanks that were still nearly full of gas...they took the money and was paid almost $50 over what we owed on the entire shipment and never refunded us the difference. They just took the money and ran and kept the propane which was more than $350.00 of unused fuel. These people at this location are untrustworthy. Even when we tried explaining that the money was coming and they had been in contact with the people who were paying for the remainder of the shipment they still stole our tanks and the fuel. This was in the dead of winter and once again we had to out of pocket for a source of heat. Spending another several hundred on reliable safe space heaters. No one should have to pay twice to heat their homes because of a companies greed. I wouldnt ever do business with this company again. They are thieves.I wouldnt put it past these people to have their own people write most of these reviews to make it seem as if theyre a good company to work with.

These people make appointments and never show up. Then they say they cant make it for 2 more weeks. We got a baby in the house with no heat. Worst utility service ever. Fire all these people and find new management.
