Had an issue with staff but Amanda stepped in and handled the situation! I like this store, have been a repeating customer and hope this was just a bad experience.

From selection to service, hands down the best place and people to deal with! Comfortable atmosphere all the time! Highly recommend! Hard not to spend all your money lol!

What a wonderful place! The ladies that work there are the sweetest people I have ever met. I highly recommend this place for anyone. Every time I come in there there isn’t many people so one of the ladies is able to help me shop without making me feel uncomfortable with all my many questions. They help each other out over product reviews and what is great buy. I got some really neat things from there and will definitely going back again! Most certainly telling all my friends, coworkers and family members to come shop here! I went to another place near here at the mall and it made me feel uncomfortable about the products I was buying. Good selection of lingerie with options for plus size ladies. Fun novelty party items, a small costume and shoe section. Decent selection of toys and DVDs in the back, friendly and helpful staff.

I went specifically for a Hitachi wand and they had it. Also had lots of other toys, movies and clothing. Staff is very helpful if youre looking for something or have questions about the products in store. Nice and discreet. Store is tucked away in the corner or the shopping center. Little pricy but worth it if youre not wanting to wait for shipping from online outlets.

Only shop like this in town if you dont want to go to spencers. I wish they had a larger selection of everything. The people who worm there are very nice and you dont feel any judgment. I just wish they had a bigger selection of mainly lingerie. Victoria Secret is so expensive and this place has nice stuff in my budget.

Bought a swing, box was never open. Could not mount it where we thought and tried to take it back... the girl very rude like said we wont take it back. Thanks for screwing me out of 180.00 will not go back

Its hit or miss. The first time I went here, the employees were polite but discreet. The second they were a bit rude and spent a bit too much time hovering or staring.

I went into this sex shop after 3 recommendations. I have been looking for one for like 6 months now. The young gal in i would say her 20s didnt have good customer service. Didnt seem interested in sex. She didnt even know anything about the 3 main products i was looking for. She didnt even try to sell me anything in the shop. She made things quite awkward while i casually tried to look. Quite frankly she didnt appear to want to be there. I love sex and i love sex shops. I am use to having access to at least 2 separate shops a few blocks from eachother. I was highly disappionted with everything about unmentionables... and sex...well it is quite mentionable. So i went to spencers which i think is a absolute joke in the sex department and found 2/3 items that were on my list. Even with the ridiculous teens playing with the boob bubble and being way to loud and out to late my mission was semi accomplished. One star unmentionables. Spencers gets 2 stars.
