B & F ceramics,I was referred to you by Sal Battista. He said your company was the best and he was right! Your Design showroom was amazing. So many choices but not overwhelming. The displays were well organized in color, texture and similar patterns. However what is beautiful tile with out a staff person to help guide you with your vision. O make that special dream come true. Gretchen Keen is that person. I first was able to experience her gifts & talents while redoing my kitchen 3 yrs ago. Her patience, listening skills and contributions make my kitchen a Masterpiece. Last year we completely re did our Master Bathroom so I requested Gretchen. It was such a delight and pleasure to work with her again. Her outstanding artesian and craftsmanship added the perfect touch.My kitchen was simple however the bathroom was much more complicated. Tile floors, walls steam shower tile trim and mirrors. Talking about accents where it was not to much. My kitchen and bathroom are such a classic, warm and welcoming. If it wasnt for Gretchen it would not of been so. Her e-mails and communication kept me up to date and new inventory tile pieces that were perfect. Gretchen expertise knowledge of how much to order and her professionalism along with her personality all combined reflects my kitchen and bathroom. Thank you again Gretchen. Very nice store but I explained i had a medical condition and couldnt wear a mask and the employee didnt understand. Which I find funny coming from the employee who wasnt wearing a mask. You asked me to wear one when two of your employees didnt have them on. Does this make any sense. Taking my business elsewhere.

B&F Ceramics is top notch! Their showroom is very impressive, filled with beautiful tile...anything you can imagine. I worked with Gretchen on a bathroom remodel; she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, detailed and creative! I have and will continue to refer family & friends to B&F Ceramics.

We just completed a kitchen backsplash with help from B&F. Gretchen was amazing! She was so patient and kind during the tile selection process, while also being very direct and pointing out various factors to consider. She listened to our ideas and kept working with us until we were able to narrow down our selections. We love the result and could not have done it without her efforts and advice.

My husband and I were referred here, we were very excited to see the show room. Even though the show room is 30 min drive from our home. We went on their website got the store hours and went. When we arrived, we parked and before reaching the showroom door a gentlemen came out and told us they we closed now earlier because of covid 19 and he said he knew the website still had the regular hours, but theyre short staffed. We were told they close earlier. He told us new hours and we left. My husband was over it, but I talked him into returning a few days later at the time the guy told us. This time they were open we opened the door there was a lady at the door saying they now only take appointments, and asked if we wanted to set up an appointment. I explained to her what happened the last time we came and that a gentlemen from the establishment had given the new hours and hadnt mentioned appointment only rule. I also told her how far we had traveled 2 times. I didnt appreciate wasting my time, and money going on a 30 minute trip twice. Obviously they have no concern for potential customers. We went to J&j tile and purchased what we needed for our kitchen floor upgrade. Treat customers better B&F .Change your website. Be more apologetic to customers who got the information off the website instead a slue of excuses.

My wife and I picked out our tile for our new home here and we were extremely pleased with he entire experience. From beginning to end everyone was so patient with our needs. They really took the time to show us our options and find something in our budget.

I absolutely adore the sales staff. They are always so patient and helpful anytime I walk through the door. The showroom has such a huge selection and I cant wait to go back for future projects.

I am building a new home in Fredericksburg and my builder met me here. What a fabulous selection and excellent help. My rep Gretchen had prepared selections in my budget that I actually loved. The prices were exceptional and I will have local support for purchase and installation. Loved and and would highly recommend them to you. Oh - they have real stone, travertine, porcelain tile, and ceramic tile and many decorative tile accents. Very accommodating staff.
