I called this store looking for Nectar mattresses. I had been looking online and the reviews were good and with the sale they were having my husband and I decided that we were going to go for it. Well after talking with Jennifer she convinced me to come in and at least lay on one before making a decision and that she thought after hearing what I was wanting that it may not be a good fit for me and that she was sure she could find something much more suitable within my budget. Not going to lie I was skeptical!! But I went in because I mean if your going to spend a couple of grand you might as well spend some time right?? Well I am so glad I did! Jennifer was amazing! She was so helpful and spent time talking with me to find out what I really wanted in a mattress. Her manager was also there (I cant remember his name and I hate that) and they both worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and within the limited budget I had! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed these guys are great! And to top it off I get my brand new bed in 2 days!!! Thats crazy fast

Came in on memorial day weekend for the great deals and having a couple beds and styles in mind just purely off of ads we have seen for the last couple weeks for all these pop up companies and their bed-in-a-box. Would highly recommend her and mattress warehouse to anyone searching for thir next best decision/purchase; keep in mind it will cost you a pretty penny but she will workbwith your budget and almost guaranteed you will get something you will be more than happy in and probably more on top of it! Just got my new bed delivered & can’t wait for bedtime! I was “just looking” when I walked in late Wednesday evening. I wanted an adjustable bed frame and mattress as I’ve been sleeping in my recliner due to shoulder surgery. I went to another company before coming to the location on Plank Road. I was not impressed by what they had to offer, even with great advertised “Black Friday” deals that turned out to be somewhat less great... Spencer, in the first 3 minutes, provided better - complete - answers to my questions than the 30 mins with a competitor. I did NOT feel pressured to buy (hate that) but felt far better informed and made my decision solely based on Spencer’s assistance and guidance to the mattress that would be right for me. She was patient, answered all my questions and determined what I needed in an adjustable base without overselling; I wanted more than just the basic head adjustment, but didn’t want the ultra high end either. She led me to precisely what I wanted (Competitor basically presented all or nothing, at a price difference of several hundred dollars). Delivery happened EXACTLY as she said it would and the guys were exceptionally helpful. They moved my old bed to another room without hesitation, set up & demonstrated the function of the new bed. Customer service was contacted on the spot to ensure I was happy with the delivery. This has been a great experience & we’ll be back to get another bed asap. We will ONLY deal with Spencer. She’s THAT good.

I recently visited this store as it is close to my home. My husband and I were warmly greeted by Bob. I took the bed test on Bobs recommendation. He handed me a pillow and the search was on. Bobs knowledge of mattresses is amazing. I tried all the suggested beds on the list. After much thought and sampling I found my perfect mattress. This was a no pressure, no rush experience. I went into the store just looking and window shopping for a new mattress. Bob knows more about mattresses and pillow than I ever hope to understand. Last year, I bought the Bedgear Cool Touch pillow to go with my new mattress. Best purchase of my life. Keeps you cool all night long, and the support to your neck is amazing. My nephew was in search of new pillows due to neck problems. I let him borrow mine - he loved it so much, I took him to see Bob. Bob matched him to the correct size pillow And because I love mine so much I bought another one. My nephew called me the next day and said it was amazing how much better he slept and how great his neck felt after one night sleeping on the correct size pillow. Thank you Bob. My parents came into the store not knowing at all what they were looking for and Spencer came to their rescue. Spencer is a true professional and all around awesome person. We brought my elderly mother into her store to find the perfect mattress to fit her hospital bed. A mattress that would allow her to sleep and not be in pain all night long as she had been experiencing on her old mattress. Mother, with the assistance of my husband and Spencer, tried out 6 mattress and found the perfect mattress for her ailing back, neck and legs. Mom suffers from osteoporosis, lupus, congestive heart failure and COPD. Shes in constant pain and without being able to rest, miserable. Spencer helped by listening to my mother and help her find the perfect feeling mattress. (One without Doo Dads that poked her boney back and hips) The delivery team was A+! The communication was, bar-none, the absolute BEST! They not only alerted me when to expect them but showed up well within that 3 hr window! They had PPE on and were extremely courteous and helpful.The journey of relocating my 89 year old very ill mother across the country has been wrought with so many challenges and obstacles, but our experience with this store and these employees was wonderful. Since Spencer was such a huge help to my mom in buying a mattress a week prior, I knew that she was the person I wanted to see in buying a mattress for myself. She recognized me right away, and we got to work in picking out a mattress. I knew I wanted the same adjustable frame my mom had purchased, and Spencer remembered the model without me having to say what it was. To help in picking out a mattress, we did the BedMatch, and despite it printing off a rather lengthy list, she lead me toward the three mattresses she felt were best. Honestly, that was the best option, because I was a bit torn between two out of the three, both felt so comfortable. Imagine if I had to remember what eight or twelve individual mattresses felt like! Spencer gave me a great deal, and remembered details from our first meeting, like my military service. She even remembered talking about our dogs, as she asked how mine was doing. I may not need another mattress anytime soon, but should anyone I know need one, my recommendation will be Spencer, without question!

Spencer lied to my wife. Shed claimed that the cos delivery would take away the old one. The $50 service she & husband had wouldnt. In order to get the free delivery, we had to get a more expensive bed. She sold us on it being a much better bed, & worth the money because we got it at the sale price. My wife insisted that Spencer was right, we would get what we paid for.We got what we paid for: Lies & rude delivery guys.When they got there, they wouldnt take the old one. Further, the delivery guys scared my wife.We cancelled everything.

Bob spent several hours with us. We are slow at decision making and he took his time with us and was not pushy. He tested our sleep patterns, pressure points, and spinal alignment. We had been to several stores before this one and no one told us there was a test available! He helped us secure a competitors price which was the only reason we bought from your store. And 48 months free financing was a plus also. Bob worked hard even after we left to get a delivery asap. It was Dec 23 in the afternoon when we purchased and Bob worked his magic to have the bed delivered and set up within 20hours!! Santa had a new bed themorning of Christmas Eve!!!

What a breeze shopping here was. Walked in and the manager Spencer De Geus greeted us and the entire time spoke to us like actual humans. There was no pushing us to some product we didnt need or like. There was no trying to upsell us on things we were not interested in. She asked us the right questions. She tried to figure out what would make us happy in the end. She showed us one bed that was well out of our price range and she didnt even blink she took us to something more affordable in our price range. Throughout the process she made sure we understood everything we would be receiving. She made sure that we understood the warranties, the reasoning for another product and why it would be necessary in order to protect the manufacturers lifetime warranty. While at another location earlier this week I was unsure about purchasing from this company due to the pushy salesman who was more worried about a sale than what I needed. Never once did I feel the need to buy anything while speaking with Spencer. We didnt go in expecting to buy a mattress on the first trip of us looking but we did. We are very happy and cant recommend this location more. This is a review on this location and the staff here. The location further down Rte 3 I had to go to to pick up my mattress protector and the salesman there (Brandon I think his name was) was excellent as well and was very helpful, knowledgeable and again spoke to me like a person and for me that is big. While I had a terrible experience in another location elsewhere in this town, these two locations - especially the one here on Plank Rd in Harrison Crossing is one, if I had to buy another bed, will get my business again.
