Put in an order for some storage boxes and was told that they were on back order after paying. Called back 2 weeks later and was told that the order would be filled that day and shipped that Friday.. It was apparent that it had gotten lost in a pile somewhere and hadnt been looked at in a while. Waited two more weeks to find out that the order hadnt shipped and would be filled and shipped in two days. Its been over a month since ordering and still havent received any product for my money. No apology was offered for lost time on a time sensitive project. Cant comment on the quality of the product because it is still yet to get here. If you need to get anything done in a timely manner your best bet is to go with someone else.
