This place is a diamond in the rough!! I ordered smoked chicken and Carne Asada ribs. They gave me roasted spring onions and jalapeños. The hand made fresh corn tortillas are to die for and the main reason to go. The green sauce is amazing as well. The price is great and the food taste amazing. So authentic and one of the best places to eat in fred, will be my go to for now on. There is a small Mexican grocery store as well inside.

Great little market, the food here is great and cheap. Always made fresh too. And they have some of the best tortillas Ive ever had and for super cheap. Its like 3 bucks for 30 tortillas, at 10 cents a tortilla you cant go wrong. Plus this is where I come for any queso fresco or dried chilis that I need for any dishes I was to try my hand at making. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Got a chicken and 100 tortillas fresh and hot for 20 bucks. Best deal in town for tacos, and their homemade hot sauce is just one more reason to go.

This place is a little hidden gem with fresh tortillas and believe me they are good. They also serve various types of cooked meat that are delicious.

This place was an unexpected and fortunate find! Located where Fat Burgers used to be (in Fredericksburg, VA), the location has been quickly converted to a Mexican food store and Tortilleria. There is very little seating inside, but most people there were getting food as takeout and many were eating in their cars. They grill their meats at a huge grill set up outside and their chicken has this wonderful caramelized brown crunch to it that gives you a pop of salty goodness followed by a less salty and succulent meat flavor. The chicken is the main entree I ordered. They also had roast pork (carnitas) and beef along with roasted spring onions and poblano peppers. Their beans were awesome. The beans are prepared more as charro beans in a poultry broth with onion and a jalapeno kick. I happily took my food to my car and demolished it there. This is a great find - try it!

I stopped going here because the health inspection failed and some other reasons but what a shame.

I went to get something for lunch today and ordered the 1/4 chicken It was really good.Also they had fresh avocados 🥑 deliciousI ask the lady at the register to give me a sample or their barbacoa and it is really good meat very soft and moist not salty like it is in most restaurants.I cant wait to try their tortillas 🙋‍♀️

We went in because we saw the massive BBQ grill outside and WOW! This is the kind of place that Anthony Bourdain would have in his show: a hidden gem of authentic Mexican cuisine... in Fredericksburg... who would have thought. The food is delicious, just as the other comments describe.

This store the most of the merchandise doesnt have prices. Have to getting line to asking for it. Employees are rushing. A lady in there on the cashier have price in her main. Usually price are expensive. Does have groceries car oh baskets. Im not recommended a lease go to buy tortillas.😂

Being Mexican, I can say that the meat is delicious. The tortillas are 100% authentic. Only a compatriot can understand why a tear spilled when trying a freshly made omelette.
