I purchased a student trumpet from these folks, and it was a wonderful transaction; really a delight to work with them. They obviously care about more than just making money, they are relationship builders. I just wish there were more retail stores like them. Truly great people! :)

This is a five star establishment all around- service, pricing, convenience cant be beat by competitors. I brought my son in October to test instruments for middle school band. Their pandemic sanitation procedures were top notch- I felt completely comfortable the entire time we were in there. The sales associates were all friendly and worked well with my shy 13 year old son. And can we talk about amazing pricing? My husband and I are both teachers and found the rental policy affordable and fair. I will return to KBI again and again- they have made us customers for life!

Always exceptional service and when inquired about an upgrade for my daughters clarinet talked to me about what and why I was looking for it and even have great advice. Purchase still possible but theyre looking into something and getting back to me. Not feeling like I wont get there same service if I choose to not buy.

I had the opportunity to work with these folks as a private educator and band director. Let me tell you, you cant ask for better service and pricing. The repair staff is second to none, and the sales staff will make you feel at home every time you stop by. The private lesson staff is knowledgeable and really cares about the kids musical progress. If youve never been to KBI give them a shot.

An absolutely WONDERFUL shop and staff.Every time I have brought an instrument in they have been quick about the repairs and better yet they are honest in their prices. Every instrument of mine has been returned to me on time and all issues have been fixed.This is the best music shop I have come across and in proud to say Ive been a loyal customer since 2012.
