Bought a 2007 Kia Optima a year and half ago from the team at Sensible and it has been great. Im not certain if all of these other reviews are legit or not, but everyone has their own experience so Ill only speak regarding mine. The car has been great since the day I drove it off the lot. The only work its needed in this time was getting the starter replaced. Car has run great and the buying process was incredibly simple. I would and have recommended this place to many people over the past year and will continue to do so. Sorry to see the negative reviews, but thanks for the great work you did for me!

Terrible place! This place does not comply with warranty regulations. Disgusted that they wouldnt follow the warranty for my wifes battery. I would never reccomend this business! They did her very wrong! Go somewhere else folks!

This place is terrible they should my husband a truck and took 3 weeks to get it to him it still isnt working correctly. They said they fixed a manifold leak which they didnt so its still leaking and they got the wrong part. And dont even get me started on how they rip people that dont know alot about buying a vehicle off in the paper work. Making him take an extra loan and not explaining it properly. And charging him for warranty that should be free.

Its been a year, And I have never had to do a single mechanical repair on my SUV. I also referred a friend who had a credit problems and she was approved when no one else would help her. Jerry and Chuck will work with you patiently. They are also upfront about your situation and where you stand BEFORE they APPROVE you. This is my experience! Im grateful for them in our area!

Not the best purchase. I recently got a truck from them and granted they made me feel like I was at home. After purchase of said vehicle, motor was making noises. Took it to chuck and he tried to tell me it was normal. I went on my way and it started to get louder. I went back and still he said it was normal and said to “just drive it”. I left yet again. I went back the third time because the computer was messing up and it looked like a xmas tree. This time they sent it to dealer whom said that something in motor was bad. They replaced motor with a used one and sound was still there but a little quieter. After I got it back the third time the warranty was ended and I had other things going wrong with it. Two hub bearings costing almost 350, rear u joint went causing driveshaft to bounce around yet again another costly repair. This time rack and pinion went completely, noticed a little leak under the vehicle after the last time they had it and replaced motor but didn’t think it was that at that time. It was clear and thought it was just water until on my way home a line busted. Not that satisfied since I have to probably get rid of truck due to it being on my grass more than the actual road.

Will definitely be getting my next vehicle here.

My credit isnt the best and I didnt have much to put down I played phone tag for over a week trying to talk to the guy after I drove 45 mins to get there. I pretty much didnt get calls back bc they knew I only had a certain amount so i wasnt top of the list to call !!

Would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Have had nothing but problem after problem. They claim they fix the problem, but it never is fixed! It is in their shop being fixed more than in our possession. Never buying there again! Worst experience!

Sold me a car listed on KBB valued at 3,600$ the highest price, charged me $5000 for it, not including the APR, bringing the total to almost 8k. Had a lot of problems, NEVER got the title for it. Even after totaling it Ive never once seen it. Scam artists. WOULD NEVERRRRR RECOMMEND

I bought a 2007 dodge dakota truck from them. The first week I got it the transmission blew out. They did send it to the garage to get fixed but. Not even 4 weeks later I lost overdrive 4th gear and 2nd gear out of the transmission again. I took it back and they told me to drive it until the transmission stop working. Then when it did I had to pay the tow bill to get it back to the garage. So they could put a salvage yard transmission in the truck. And having nothing but problems with it. DONT GO THERE THEY will rip you off.
