Cant even get through to this place half the time. 10 minute wait just for them to answer the phone and when they do answer it seems noone ever knows what car parts aside from MAYBE 1 person. 85% of the time they have to order parts for the most common vehicles because they dont carry anything in stock except rotors, brake pads and spark plugs. And when you order parts 75% of the time they have to be returned because they are wrong. I highly suggest finding a new parts store. Advanced auto is 3x better with parts in stock and customer service

I had a great experience here!!! My battery was giving me trouble - the young lady that was working the counter came out to my car and tested the battery. The manager came out to follow up with me. Of course my battery was on its way out and it’s a Saturday- after 4:30 so all the garages were closed. The manager went into the store shop and asked his worker Tristan to change the battery. Tristen changed it in literally 20 minutes! And was so very nice - honestly? I would come back here any time I have a car issue!

The staff there is very friendly. They welcome you as soon as you walk in the door. They help you with even the simplest tasks. Theyre always courteous professional and quick. I will be returning there again and again and again in fact probably tomorrow

Forever giving people the wrong parts and then when you go back they have to order the right ones because theyre always out of stock. Simply not issues a business that specializes in auto parts should have. These may seem minor to the staff there but for families looking to make repairs quick who depend on their vehicles for emergent reasons its sad we cant rely on our auto part store and are left without a vehicle for days to weeks because of this set back.

My son was putting brakes on his truck and ended up needing more parts so I ran here the lady who helped me had great customer service, they had what I needed and she got me in and out very quickly.

Im going to be completely honest here. The customer service at the Fredonia location at the 2pm hour today was absolutely horrible, and I was not the only customer getting upset. We were all standing in line for almost 10 minutes while the employees stood behind the counter talking to each other. I needed to use their code reader on my vehicle. Once I finally got it, used it, and came back in the store with it, it was the same damn wait. Finally go up to the counter and give the reader back. Employee looks at me, looks at the reader. Keeps working on whatever at his computer for almost 10 minutes before giving the reader to someone else so the other person could help me. Ridiculous!

The big dude behind the counter is not a people person, should not be in custoner service. Acts as though customers are bothering him to do basic things!!!

Not always the cheapest, but usually have what ya need in stock. The cashiers are almost knowledgeable about the parts they sell.

Not the greatest customer service, its surprising they dont have brake parts in stock for grand cherokees and mind boggling that they wont transfer them from other locations. The rental specialty tools Ive used are in good condition and the fee is pretty reasonable compared to Napa.

And the why they treat people isnt professional I would like that the way people are treated would be with more respect and professional. And I dont care about other people option this is my.

I have been buying car parts for 40 plus yrs, this store location has always been great to work with. They actually spend time (too much i think!) to help the automotive clueless get their cars fixed, so they can still complain about something, and no its not a repair shop its a parts store.

The lady who helped me that day, actually helped me twice. She spent time talking to my father on the phone, and hes a very picky person when it comes to automotive parts. I would love to give them 5 stars, but nobodys perfect. They werent able to put a headlight in and the soul purpose of the trip there was because I had court that night. Otherwise, they did great!

This is about the Fredonia location. I was standing at the counter with my item to purchase, a man came in behind me and was also waiting. The employee came from the back, ignored me and asked to help the man behind me, like I didnt exist. After about 4 minutes and still not being acknowledged I asked if he was the only one working, he replied I dont know sometimes . I will not return to this location. The day before, I was in the Hamburg store. They were nice, friendly, curtious and went out of their way to help. Maybe the employees in Hamburg could teach the help in Fredonia some work ethics.

You will find parts or supplies you need for car care. As for staff, they are friendly but lack auto knowledge like many of these types of stores. Some dont even know how to work the testing stations here. If you know your car, you can check parts online before going to a local auto parts place.

Fast and friendly service. They allow you to do minor maintenance in the parking lot right there so you can make sure whatever you bought works (ie: bulbs, fuses, etc). The only thing that I had a qualm with was that stock for simple small things like bulbs was low. I mean one person buying a pair of one type of bulb can put the store out a few days of that product. Second star lost was the fact that the packaging on many things I get are damaged. Not big expensive things thankfully but small things like bulbs and common parts. Otherwise great place to go.

I had just gotten out of work and ran home to notice a sound coming from my tire. Mind you Ive been having low tire pressure issues for a little while, and had set up an appointment with a mechanic to get it checked out. But they couldnt get me in until a week later. So I realized that I was losing a lot of air now, since you could HEAR it. Drove down to the store and showed up late around 7:30-8 pm. I went in and said I needed help, and that I didnt know how to use the tire plug kit. The worker there named Scott actually came out, pulled this huge screw out of my tire, and plugged it for me. I tipped him $10 but it was really so helpful. After watching him put in the plug I realized I wouldnt have been able to do it myself. So I am very grateful for what he did.

The people that work there are all miserable and useless. They dont even attempt to be of any service. Ill never go to this store and would never reccomend them. I had to have someone from another autozone store call there to get the help I needed when 3 other employees together couldnt or wouldnt help. Have been disappointed there multiple times, never again. Go to auto parts store down the road or anywhere else.

I am very unhappy with this autozone we ordered a part yesterday and was told itll be in today at 11am n come to find out that it wont be in until tonight at 6pm. Got lied to not happy

You talk about going out of their way to help someone in need. Well they do it with kindness, love, joy, peace, patience, compassion and etc.Our youngest daughter, Abigail leaves home alone on Saturday, April 28, 2018 driving her car to Bar Harbor, Maine a 1,250 mile, 19 hour trip one way from Carmel, Indiana to start a new job that she must arrive at a certain time. Time is of the essence.This is her first trip on her own in her car that begins breaking down in an unknown place to her called Fredonia, New York around 9 PM. She must be terrified, at her age I would have been too not knowing anyone, having never been there and all. It is cold, windy, raining and getting very dark. She knows no one but miraculously coasts into the Auto Zone Store Parking Lot just as her headlights go completely out.Auto Zone is closing for the night, but the Manager, Jessica is very kind and helps our daughter way past their closing time. After replacing her bad Battery they realize her Alternator has gone bad too and now the car will not start.Jessica takes Abigail to a local Motel for the night and informs her she is in luck since Monro Muffler Brake and Service is open on Sundays and to contact Tyler first thing in the morning and he will fix her car.Tyler and his crew must have been AMAZING. They comforted our daughter and had her car up and running just as soon as they possibly could. Unfortunately there were other issues with the car that had to be fixed before they could install the Alternator. When it came time for the bill they did not even charge for all the extra work done but apparently gave her a reduced price for the parts and labor only. Praise God!What manner of love is this these people living in Fredonia, NY give to their customers?!?!?!I repeat, wed recommend these people to anyone and everyone and would do so twice on Sundays.Charles A. Lets face it we all need to go somewhere to get parts for our vehicles but when you go there give them your corect information and they still give you the wrong parts somebody doesnt need to be working that job if they dont know what theyre doing

Update: Much better experience today compared to my previous one 2 years ago (see below). The employees Jorey and Amanda were both very polite and friendly. They helped me find an LED light that I can attach to my ride-on mower. Im changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars as a result.2 years ago: Poor Inventory Records: Drove here from Jamestown after calling & being assured that they had the specific ACDelco gas cap to fit my 2003 Chevy Blazer, was told the item would be placed on hold for 12 hours. When I arrived 4 hours later, was informed there was an inventory error & they do not have the item at all, their computer system incorrectly displays 1 in stock & they are not even able to update their inventory error so the same situation doesnt happen to aother customer.I was informed they cannot even have it ordered & shipped to my house & they did not even apologize for their mistake or my long drive.
