Robin did a great job explaining the difference in the washer brands. Helped me pick out which one was best for my family, not push the most expensive brand or model.

My refrigerator broke down so I went to three different places. Pattons had refrigerator that I wanted and they are delivering it the next day. No one else came even close

Customer service was excellent and friendly. Got a nice recliner and they loaded it up for me.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a home that was in need of a dishwasher and gas stove. With COVID-19, the selections were slim, but that is everywhere, so I cant blame Pattons. I will say that the items we purchased have exceeded our expectations, along with the quality of service. I appreciate how prompt the deliveries were, as Pattons gave us a time both items would be delivered and installed, and each time they were both right on time. That is huge in this day and age, as we are all busy people.I also appreciate that each time, the delivery men wore their masks, CORRECTLY, and were patient with any questions that I had.People often forget to shop local, and go to big name stores, but from now on, Pattons will be my place to purchase items that are needed.

Amazing place to buy all home appliances! The main manager dude with glasses helped me out and was a boss, gave me all killer deals. If you go ask for Mark I’m pretty sure his name was the guy is awesome, definitely coming back!!!

Went in and bought a new fridge and oven they are amazing and I got them for great low prices they installed them that day to! They do all the work it’s great love this story coming back here next time I need any appliance!!!

The day after Christmas the washer died! Knew it was going to happen a year ago when the repairman told me there was no hope. It was only a matter of time! Love Pattons for the personalized and non-pushy service! Bought a beautiful Speed Queen that will hopefully be around for many years not like the last one of a different brand name that lasted only 4 years! Thanks Pattons!

I walked into Pattons completely interested in finding and purchasing some lamps for my new apartment. First of all, I would have preferred a matching set of lamps since they would be going into one room, however, the staff told me they only have a few sets in stock. After walking around for possibly 20 minutes I came upon a floor lamp and a table lamp that were definitely a matching set, but the lamp shades were different colors. The woman on staff in the lamps department pretty much told me I was out of luck. Later on in the day, I called to ask if they could order the white lamp shade for the floor lamp to match the table lamp, and she blatantly refused telling me, We get in what we get it, thats it. I am very displeased with the lack of customer service. I found the same lamps as a set (one floor lamp and two table lamps) on Amazon for the price of the single floor lamp at Pattons. I ended up buying the lamp set on Amazon.

Pattons has a HUGE selection of lights, fans, lamps, furniture, appliances, etc. Home town service and very knowledgeable and friendly sales people.

Low prices and great service. Delivery and they took my old chair away.

Very lazy and unapproachable employees. Rude and not very interested in helping possible customers. Plus given the fact that on a saturday...the employees can not walk in the back with a model number and get you a belt. You have to wait till.monday at 9...

Bought the same washer and dryer from there and they said they priced match and when I brought the proof of a 495.00 difference they laughed and had every excuse to why they couldnt, I asked to speak to the owner and they in return said Dave wasnt available that I would have to come back, the lady in sales was rude, Im in return contacting the better business Bureau
