Do not buy anything in this store. My daughter got a dress and tried to return it for a larger size and she was told no returns allowed. She was never i formed that was a final purchase. The guy who was attending her did not care.

WARNING NO REFUNDS!!!!! So the guy was super nice to me when I bought my dress but when I went back 1 day later to return the dress due to me finding a better (and cheaper) dress he became extremely rude to me and told me that I couldnt return it and that it said so on the receipt and on a piece of paper that was in tiny print but nowhere else in the store that all dresses are final sale. When I mentioned to him as to why he didnt tell me he said why would I say something when you never asked me about it so I chose to say nothing will never be coming back again!

The “manager/owner of this establishment was extremely upset that my mother compared his shop to the bridal boutique upstairs… beware. This person (male) proceeded to get into an argument with my mother about it. We came to buy bridesmaids dresses and could’ve easily spent several thousands here.. but this guy doesn’t love business, his business, or people. He’s in the wrong business ..you do not treat customers in this fashion. Shame on him. I hope karma teaches him a well deserved lesson. So disrespectful to my mother…

Great service. Was really nice staff, helped me out with my daughters dress. Had a variety of colors to choose from, definitely recommend to all for different occasions.

The owner was incredibly rude to my friends and I. He made a handful of passive aggressive remarks towards us as we looked around. We were doing absolutely nothing wrong. We weren’t even touching the dresses. The owner eventually told my friends and I to get out of the store if we weren’t going to buy anything after he overheard us talking about other prom stores in the area. I’ve talked to a few other girls who have shopped here and they all had negative experiences so I don’t recommend it. There are plenty of other nice prom stores in the nearby area who have workers who are 100x more professional (I recommend Diane&Co or Castle Couture!). The prices were also a little high compared to other stores that I visited.

A few of my friends me myself went to trends for bridesmaids dresses and each one of us had a terrible experience. First of all the store owner, Roy is very unprofessional and incredibly rude, I’m not sur show he manages to run a business. While I see some positive reviews here I’m noticing a lot of negative reviews from people who had the same horrible experience as me and my friends. This guy prior to buying the dresses we wanted told us if we wanted them altered it would be an additional $50 which is no big deal. He ended up sizing us all up so not a single one of our dresses for despite most of us having average body types. The dresses were not great quality and were huge, they were practically falling off us. He then wanted to charge us $120 for alterations and we found out he gets a cut from the seamstress who works for him and does the alterations. When some of us tried to request smaller sizes for the dresses he lashed out on us, he called us difficult and for one of the girls he left her a voicemail stating if she does not pick up the dress he’s keeping it and refunding her deposit. She was so upset she decided she would not pick up the dress. A week goes buy she wasn’t refunded. When she called he said he changed his mind and would not be refunding her then told her not to call here again and hung up on her. He is incredibly rude and judgmental and should not be running any business because he has no manners or patience. Do not go here

I can not express how nice this store is! Roy the manager was so helpful, I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed. We tried on about 15 dresses and finally found the one!

I cant say enough about this store. The Owner and Staff are fantastic. My daughters have bought several dresses from here and they are always extremely patient. No pressure what so ever, and never do they rush us. Definitely worth checking out.

What a great store! We went shopping there today for my daughter, and Roy, the owner was extremely attentive, nice and helpful. Their customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

The manger was very rude. we asked about clearance dresses since our prom is on a football field and gave us degrading looks was judging us. he said that we can only look at one rack that was sizes 2x and up which we said ok but we know our sizes and the tags told us what sizes we needed to look at. the picture of the blue dress that i have provided below is a dress that was on clearance for about 50 dollars which i was going to have my step mom fix for me since she sews and when i left the store crying in tears with my friend my mom called the store to tell the manager that he was very wrong and he called back saying we have to pay for the dress when it was already broke so i took it into my own hands and called him this man myself to find out why he was saying all these things and he said he didn’t want us to try on any of the non clearance dresses cause he didn’t want us to rip them. my dress size is a 10-12 i don’t know how that’s huge but it was vey hurtful. i called the mall management about this store. i hope that this place gets shut down and this man learns his lesson. if i could give zero stars i would.

If there were negative zero stars I would give that. Sold my daughters dress after they called and told me they would hold it due to covid. They wouldn’t even look to see if it was still there. Buyer Beware!!!!! Was rude and nasty right off the bat!

Picked out a gown that needed alterations. Called for an update, only to be told there was no record of our names and no dress in the store. But MAYBE it was at the seamstress house with hundreds of other dresses. Still waiting for a phone call.

Wonderful! So helpful and patient! Make you feel like you are the only one there! Committed to making sure you feel comfortable and are happy with your choice! Very accommodating and personable! Roy is an absolute joy! It was such a privilege to have him to be apart of such a special occasion and he made the entire experience beyond amazing! I give him the highest recommendations and have recommended Trendz and Thier team to many of my friends planning upcoming events dresses. Would not want to work with anyone else!

I really loved the customer service at Trendz. The store was really busy and yet the people working there made sure that I was taken care of and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. They have the best prices for dresses that I have seen thus far and they have a keen eye for what dresses would look good on you.10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Being from up North, I had never heard of Trendz, but I had heard of Castle Couture, which was our destination to buy my daughter a Sweet Sixteen Dress. Lets just say the customer service at Castle Couture was AWFUL. The young sales girl who was helping us just stood around, never making any suggestions, didnt know answers to simple questions (like, what other colors does this dress come in etc), and then had the audacity to tell me I should just buy a dress my daughter liked, but which looked horrible on her. (Not to mention the merchandise at Castle Couture was mostly bridesmaids, MOB and then pageant dresses with nothing in between). We left Castle Couture with no dress and my daughter in tears. Ten minutes farther south on Rt. 9 we went to freehold mall in Trendz store.THANK GOD!!! The service was on par with the service I received when buying my wedding dress at Kleinfeld 20 years ago - (and the dress we bought was a fraction of the price). The sales staff brought out dresses that they KNEW what would look great on my daughter (the kind of knowledge that comes with years of experience). With each dress, they asked what we liked and what we didnt like about the dress, so that they could hone in on a dress we would LOVE - and they nailed it. The dress is BEAUTIFUL and looks gorgeous on my daughter. This is the service I had hoped for - not the lack of service from the other place where they would have been happy to sell my daughter a dress that looked terrible on her. If you walk out of Trendz with a dress, rest assured you will look dynamite. My advice is, pass by the other place - which in my opinion is a past its prime prom factory, and go directly to Trendz in freehold mall.

I was looking for dress for my friends sweet 16 party and I really needed help as I did not really know what would be appropriate to wear for the occasion. The manager was so helpful and he went out of his way to show me dresses that would be appropriate to wear to a sweet. I finally bought a dress and I loved it!!Definitely an amazing buy and I would recommend this place to everyone.Such dedication and outstanding customer service should surely be commended!!!!I can’t wit to go and see there new location downstairs next to Sephora- now I will able to get my make up dress and shoes all at the same area!!!

While shopping for my daughters military ball gown today, I walked into Trendz to browse the large selection of beautiful dresses. My daughter happened to find her dream dress on a mannequin in the front window, and it just so happened to be her exact size. Lucky for us, Ann happened to be walking passed us and she quickly undressed the mannequin, grabbed the other gowns we were holding, and set us up with a dressing room. Ann was so helpful and attentive, so very patient with my picky teen! We now know where to shop for our formal occasion attire .

I just left Trendz in freehold mall with my mother and all I have to say is they were absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve been struggling for the past few weeks running around to every Boutique in South Jersey and I wasn’t able to find “the perfect dress” due to never really having my size (00/XS) or not to many Boutiques carry that many options. Trendz was the first Boutique I was able to walk in and find a dress within 15mins. I was able to get my dress for my boyfriends upcoming Military Gala and I couldn’t be more happy. The girl who helped me was so sweet and amazing. I’m very satisfied with the employees help tonight. I HIGHLY recommend Trendz to anyone looking for an elegant gown.

Recently visited Trendz over the weekend, the store was really busy as it is prom season but the staff was more than willing to help me select a dress. I felt very welcome and despite the busy environment the staff was very calm and composed.It is very hard to find such great customer service these days.

Very poor customer service. I am highly upset that I wasted my time coming back to this dress store. I live almost 45 minutes away and I wanted to buy this specific dress. I asked if the dress could be held on for me until Friday ( you know, when most PEOPLE GET PAID ) and the lady refused. I understand you’re running a business and need to get paid ASAP, but I would’ve even offered to pay more than the 250$ for this dress. And get this, IT WAS THE SAMPLE DRESS. They didn’t have my size in stock so therefore I could only get the sample dress.... The same dress a thousand other sweaty people tried on and I was going to pay 250$ for it ( I was going to give her 300$ for it if she would’ve held onto it for me until Friday, just to show her how serious I was about buying this dress and how much I wanted it ). However now when I get my paycheck on Friday, I shall be taking my money elsewhere. Extremely disappointed. I could totally unsetsnd as to why this place has such a low rating.

I don’t understand why people write bad reviews about this place., Roy and her staff are amazing, I’ve been going there for years, proms, cotillions, eighth grade dances, more proms, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride. I was never treated less than royal and trust me I’m not rich . I Love the Evry one at Trendz and will continue to do so and this book was not judged by the cover!!! I was there when Roy ask kids to behave and don’t play around in store for safety reason they got mad and bring parents to fight with him.I am sure people like those write bad reviews so don’t pay attention to negative reviews.I love their entire staff .Ann is always amazing to work with.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wasnt completely sold on the gown the man told me I could bring it to a seamstress and if I wasnt happy with what she said I could bring it back no problem money refunded...... I went to a seamstress too much work didnt fit. My next day off I brought it back he said I only had one day to return it was too bad I could not get my $450 back keep the dress...if I was alone maybe I thought I wouldnt have understood but I was not alone and who I was with said he was absolutely a liar

From the moment we entered the store my friends and I felt judgmental glances and glare as if we did not have the money to afford the dresses, when in fact we did. The store owner was very unprofessional. I felt socially degraded and discriminated against. He was very rude to my friends and I. We had a disagreement about store policy about letting us wear dresses without our parents. He then proceeded to use profanity which was unnecessary and kicked us out. The Freehold Mall Management Should remove the store from their roster as a great service to its customers. If I could personally speak to the mall owner, I would make it so this man never owns a store again.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First off, the dresses are VERY poor quality and not worth your money. Second, the manager is the most unprofessional, degrading, ill-mannered, person Ive ever met. Not only did he call my sister fat, he proceeded to curse her out in derogatory words and gestures. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR BUSINESS, UNLESS YOU WANT POOR QUALITY DRESSES THAT WILL FALL APART AND BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. WORST PLACE IVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I was told by the sales lady that I would get my 100.00 down payment back if they could not find the dress my daughter was looking for, only to find out they lied. Beware, poor customer service, go somewhere else, Management is horrible!!
