High quality chocolates and friendly staff. Interior space has plenty of social distancing room and high ceilings. Great for treats, Easter and gifts. They even have dog treats.

Love Old Monmouth. Have been going here since I was a kid. Love their Easter show. The chocolate is delicious and the candies always hit the spot.

Bought chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day, they say that they only last one day...not true I put them in the refrigerator they are still like the day I bought them. It is Monday bought them Saturday early and they are still Awesome ! Still fresh. My favorite is the chocolate covered cherries a must !!

This was such a fun place to visit! They have a huge selection of chocolates and candies for Easter. Everything was displayed so nicely, making it so easy to shop.

The chocolates are delicious and the prices are fair. The only complaint I have is when I came there was a lady with glasses who was complaining that I was being picking and making rather rude comments.I get it, I went to buy candy on Valentines Day at 11am, but on the other hand, thats your job.However, the rest of the staff is friendly and, like I said, the chocolates are absolutely delicious. I will certainly be back again!

Spectacular five star candy store. Huge selection and family owned. Spoke with the owner Susan and was touched on how patriotic they are. Each month they donate peanut brittle to be delivered to our troops. I remember when I was deployed to Korea in 76-77 how important a gift like this is to a young soldier.

We love coming here when were visiting in the area. We go to the Easter show every year. The Christmas display is not as good, but the candy is still amazing. You can find chocolate in so many different shapes and varieties, youre sure to find something. We always bring back gifts for our family and can find something for everyone.

OMC is an institution. The worlds finest peanut brittle and many other fun delicious treats. Its a real throwback to days gone by, with Taffy, block white/dark/milk chocolate, chocolate covered stuff like caramel and banana cream. The lady in the front section is very nice.

Timeless chocolatier. Change is good, yes, but when you make some of the best confections around, staying the same is where its at. What a joy this place is.

Old Monmouth Candy is a Freehold NJ must visit. My family has been going there for 40+ years. Some of my fun childhood memories was going there with my parents. My go to place for great chocolate and peanut brittle.

I have used Old Monmouth Candies for the past several years to make chocolates for a charity that I am a part of. They always do an incredible job and the finished result is not only pretty to look at, but even better to eat. This is THE go-to chocolate/candy store in central NJ. Everything is fresh and delicious and the people are friendly and personable. Many thanks to Steve and Natalie for their help and amazing service.

This is not just a place to go for Easter candy (although their selection is amazing and really fun to walk around). They have provided candy and caramel apples (which are to die for) for many of my family events. I have had them create gift baskets for various clients and friends and they always help make my selections perfect. My kids wont eat any other chocolate as Old Monmouth is in a class of its own.

Been going there for years. They make a chocolate covered coconut bar. Looks like a giant Mounds bar, but much, much better. We give them as housewarming gifts sometimes when people purchase their new home through us.

This place is fabulous and the chocolate is delicious. I had chocolate covered wine bottles made for the holidays and what a hit the gift was, everyone was so impressed with this gift, it was so unique. They dont even want to eat the chocolate as it makes a beautiful presentation. There is something for everyone in this store and you know that any place that has been in business this long has to be making a great product. I highly recommend Old Monmouth Candies to everyone! We all know the have the best peanut brittle and I love the peanut butter in general, I went there alot not always for candy sometimes I would skateboard in the back parking area and they never complained, they were so nice . Every other place I skate in front of kicks me out

Simply the BEST brittle anywhere of any kind (Peanut, cashew, etc) Their chocolates are fantastic too. Great family owned business that always has their eye on quality and satisfying their customers. We purchase gift baskets from them to give as gifts to our customers and the feedback from our clients has been absolute delight.

This is where my parents got my chocolate easter bunnies and santas every year, so i am predisposed to ADORE the milk chocolate here.however, i learned on a recent visit that they dont MAKE the chocolate here -- it gets shipped in, and they just pour it into molds!nonetheless, i try to come here every easter and xmas when we visit my parents (now grandparents!)
