Such amazing service my friend wanted to surprise us with a gift however we were not going to be home all day so I called to pick up the order and they completed it very fast and had it ready when I pulled up thank you so so much for making our day

I wish I could give zero stars. A group of us ordered an arrangement for a friend that just had a loss in there family. She received a happy birthday arrangement with ants in it. When she called back they said they would deliver a new one. Nothing came!! So sad. You can do better than this.

5-20-2020 I called regarding an order I placed online regarding an anniversary gift due to be delivered this weekend. I spoke to Diana who was extremely sweet, professional and helpful. When I spoke to her, I asked if the job is fun and she coyly giggled and said it is. I asked if I am able to call this weekend to see what time approx. my delivery will take place and was told with the utmost of helpfulness and kindness that I could call in the morning to know what their day of deliveries was looking like. She was so awesome I asked to speak to her manager. When Trish the awesome manager came on I let her know about Diana and she said that Diana is awesome. I told her that customer service as a whole is declining and was grateful to deal with a business that values its customers. Trisha got choked up and thanked me profusely. I told her that her humility to take the call and say something so nice should not go unnoticed, thus my stellar review of Edible Arrangements in Freehold. Call them with your orders! I live in South Carolina, Myrtle Beach and I ordered an arrangement for some friends in New Jersey through this store. It was delivered the next day first thing in the mid-morning. They called me and told me me what a surprise and loved it. She said it was beautiful! I am very happy about that thank you so much!!

I was so happy with the service at the Edible Arrangements of Freehold. I placed a order in 2017 on Bosss Day and they called me this year and they fulfilled my Larger without a hitch . The Owner Trishna was extremely helpful in placing my order and I got to meet her at the delivery which gave it an even nicer touch. I would definitely recommend this EA location and will absolutely order again in the future . Happy Bosss Day!

Yummy smoothies! I went in for a promotional price smoothies I saw advertised on FB. It was so delicious and fresh. It was so sweet without sugars! The store was clean and the girl was very nice. I dont know if I would pay $6 for a smoothie, but I would consider it and certainly go again for their promotions.

Wanted a gift to thank all the nurses at Centrastate in the L&D department. Lissette (l believe was her name) was extremely helpful in finding the right order to accommodate the right group of pepole. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up my order when I orginally had thought due to snow and being at the hospital for my 1st born. Called up to see if I can pick up at a later time and without hesitation they said yeah no problem! Wait what??? Yeah no problem? Ive worked in retail 15 years and and let me tell you thats what customer service is! I went the next day for pick up and Lissette was there yet again, had my order ready, bagged, and tagged and that was it. Super friendly employee always smiled everyone was excited at the hospital for the gift. Thank you Edible Arrangements and Lissette! Will always order from this location and will remember that I can receive same price and discounts online and in store!

I stopped in here today (4-9-18) and what a wonderful expierence! The staff was extremely nice and very accomodating. The place was SOO clean, & not to mention the beautiful chocolate covered strawberry cone I got! It was delictable!!!! Beautifully coated with chocolate and huge sweet strawberries for an amazing price!! I will be returning very soon!! I am very excited they will be offering smoothies now! I was handed a huge coupon book before I left. This place was wonderful, what a great find!

I had heard from a friend of mine that the boss was extremely rude and unprofessional and uses 5 day old fruit for the arrangements. don’t go to this establishment.
