Friendly knowledgeable staff and honest! They want to make sure youre happy when you leave. Theyre not just trying to sell you something that you may not be happy on. Good maintenance department too and they are always willing to help me out.

I recently bought a new Honda CB 650F from FHK in Freeport. I have contacted Justin Bardell earlier on phone and email and hes an awesome guy. I had wonderful experience buying the bike from FHK and Justin in particular. There was no price haggling and Justin was absolute to-the-point and gave the best sale price he could offer.

My family of 4 was on a 3 day motorcycle trip. 40 miles into our trip my son punctured his rear tire. We were able to plug it and pump up the tire and made it to Freeport. They had the new tire on before we could finish lunch. Saved our weekend trip. Great dealership!!

Staff very friendly, accommodating, low pressure. I went to see if I was tall enough to be able to straddle a certain motorcycle model used by the IDOT safety course. I would go back to buy from them in a heartbeat.

I was looking for a specific Honda bike and this dealership had one. Justin was very helpful. Even though I live 6 hours away, he was patient with all my emails, prompt responses, etc. I was finally able to find what I wanted closer to my home but I was prepared to make the 6 hour ride down to Illinois to work with this dealership due to the wonderful service I had already received from Justin.

Was referred there by a friend to look at a used motorcycle. Sales guy was really friendly,not pushy, and gave me time to ask questions and make a decision. I decided to have an oil change done so I picked it up later; they did the work and washed the bike--looked great. I wish all Honda dealers were like them!

FHK ripped me off! FHK didnt help me @ all, charged me about $40 for no work performed and sent me on my way.I paid to have my vehicle diagnosed. Mechanic didnt run a diagnostic but made a guess saying carbs need cleaning & quoted $600 to fix, also said it might have other problems; and could be up to $1200 by the time he fixed everything. I took it to a more reasonable mechanic who cleaned the carbs, but its still not running! If they would have run a diagnostic like I asked & paid them to do, I would know whats wrong. Its most likely an electrical problem, but they might have known if they actually attempted to trouble shoot; instead of making a quick buck or sell me on their inventory.

Stopped with a flat tire and place was dead. Said could not help!!! A lady to boot!!!
