My experience was great! I had a small scratch from whatever was caught on my windshield wipers. They told me I would have to replace the whole windshield. I was scheduled to come back next week. They got it done in under 2 hours! The windshield is Completely brand new, totally seamless, stickers transferred perfectly, and I’m so glad I don’t have to stare at the scratch while driving anymore! The first photo, you can see how long the scratch was, the second is after the replacement (no scratch!), third photo is from the outside. They definitely did a great job!

Tech came to me but made more damages than repairsDid not put upper windshield trim, broke tabs, scuffed/scratched the inside of glass and left without giving me a courtesy phone callTried for 2 days to get in touch over the phone with store and corporate without any success!!!BAD business for a big corporation like SafeliteUnreal!

This SAFELITE location fixed a loose gasket at the bottom of my front windshield. They were prompt, courteous and professional....great attitude. And the price was right.

They replaced my glass in a timely manner. However, it looks like they scuffed my dash or maybe its some glue they used that did the damage. Either way, its a bummer.

I had a windshield put in a month-and-a-half ago and there was a stress crack in the glass and they are stating that a pebble hit the glass under the molding on my 2013 Ford Explorer so I had to put in another glass through insurance maybe they should start making glass better instead of all this garbage theyre trying to sell us the $700

I had to make this review based on my fathers experience dealing with this company. My father dropped off his vehicle to get his windshield replaced and when he got back his vehicle a big patch of paint was peeled off the roof, from them taking off the original windshield. They claim that it wasnt there fault but no call nor anything to inform us of what had happened. So anyway, not only was a big patch of paint missing but the sealant they used was done so sloppy to the point, you can see it all over the roof.My father had to file a claim in order to get the roof fixed.I wouldnt recommend a single individual to this place.

Safelite did a great job with replacement of windshield. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my home and was given a time between 12-5. I received a text and a phone call to say they were on their way (which was close to 12:00 pm) so I did not have to sit around all day waiting. Wilson did a great job and was done in about 45 minutes (all stickers and EZ pass were installed on new windshield). Such a pleasant, easy experience. I highly recommend!

They were at the shop early and they took me right away even though my appointment was later. One of the employees was even nice enough to take me to work which was not too far from the store, because it was raining. All in all an easy experience and they did a phenomenal job on the windshield. Everyone was amazed that they were able to save my Registration and Inspection stickers! Great job all around!

This Safelite AutoGlass location was extremely professional and friendly. Its unfortunate that I had to replace my windshield, however James [the technician that helped me] managed against all odds to make it a very pleasant experience. I came in this morning.They have extreamely comfortable chairs in a nice and quiet waiting area to relax while you wait for your vehicle. The estimate for my vehicle was about an hour, and I was in and out in 40 minutes. In my opinion, this location should be the gold standard that any business should strive to obtain. Thank you!

Progressive insurance claim. Sure, they put the windshield in properly but they have trouble installing windshield wiper so they dont bang the frame. Call for corrective action... voicemail, hold, talk to the robot, run around. Ill do it myself.

They botched my windshield install they had done in my driveway and it was leaking from multiple spots. I had them remove and put back on under warranty and seemed to be good for the past month.

Well, this was a first for me. In my 20+ years driving, Ive never had my glass crack before. Satelite did a great job replacing it and super fast. It looks great and cleaner than the old one lol

I originally had the glass replaced by a mobile tech. After the install there was wind/water leakage and the rain sensor was installed incorrectly. I brought it to the Freeport shop for repair. The replacement glass was not delivered to the store but the tech already removed the incorrectly installed windshield and dropped it. Without any windshield I was forced to wait at the facility while they drove to get another windshield. What was promised to be a 1.5 hour install has become a 5+ hour repair. The only response from customer care is that they are sorry but the repair would be completed in one day. Because of the delay I had to take off more time from work and pay someone to take a cab and pickup my daughter from daycare. I will never use safelite again based in the customer care response. I understand that mistakes happen but after 4+ mistakes I expect more.

DONT GO HERE!!!Went to get a rock crack in my windshield fixed and what a mistake that was. Not only did they not fix it. They brought my car in the back to fix, I waited for a long time (more than 2 hrs), they told me it was done, charged me and then brought out the car with the same crack, and told me they could only fill the crack (meanwhile the entire time telling me as long as it wasnt bigger than a quarter they would be able to fix). When I said they should have came and told me they couldnt fix (because I couldve replaced through my insurance), they said they did and that was a LIE!!!I then said I wanted a refund and they were so past RUDE!!, and told me no way, the only thing they would do is credit me money towards a replacement!! I said no, they said too bad. I told them I would arbitrate through my credit card, they told me have fun with that.I wound up calling cooperate and they said I should have never had that happen, they apologized, and credited back my credit card!!So ha ha, I won over they rude manager at Freeport Safelite. Great company, as long as you dont go to the one in Freeport.

The team works well together in a concise manner and I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone working at this location. Everyone I spoke to who worked there treated me as a valued customer as they provided the utmost care and attention to myself and my vehicle!

Very nice staff! Very clean office! They take your car into garage as soon as you pull up! However I had an OEM windshield guarantee and they seem to be unable to find my windshield (b/c Nissan charges more for my 91 windshield) but ehhh what can I say.

Let me start off by saying, I had to go 3 times in order to finally have the front windshield on my 2014 Ford transit connect replaced. First appointment I go and they ordered the wrong windshield, had to reschedule, second time around, finally they got the correct one this time, left the vehicle got a call about 2 hours later that my vehicle is ready, I get there, get my paper work, keys and walk over to my vehicle to find out, yes its a brand new windshield but it was chipped on one side... not happy at this point at all, $620 windshield, I paid for a brand new one, not a damaged one... Once again had to reschedule another appointment and have the windshield replaced again. So all in all not happy with there service at all.

Ive used safelite at this location three times total. I had two good experiences but the last will be my last. The technician Wikson came to my house as scheduled and replaced the windshield on my car. Not wanting to be a nosey customer I did not stand over his shoulder to see what he was doing. When the job was complete I tipped him nicely and off he went. Shortly after I took a look and realized that all of the screws and clips on the cowling were not installed. Sifting around the area I found two clips in the grass, the rest were nowhere to be found and none of the screws could be found. The cowling was not resting against the window flush as it should and it was pretty obvious that it was not fitted correctly when installed. I called their customer service number and complained and was directed to the shop manager. The manager called me and after discussing it, he told me to come by the shop so they could take a look at the car. When I told him I wasnt available to do so, he said that they are open on Saturdays. This really defeated the purpose of having it done at my location. I ended up removing the cowling and fixing it myself. Upon doing so, I could see that it was really a sloppy job. None of the moldings that were replaced where fitted properly and it appears to be that the glass isnt in the ideal position vertically. Ill be lucky if the window doesnt leak in the near future. The technician that was sent to me was basically a hack. Im sure he gets away with it because the average customer will never notice. Best of all, my tinted windshield was replaced with one that does not have the tinted band at the top. I specifically indicated I had a tinted window when I booked my appointment online. Unfortunately I did not notice this until much later. Theres no way to tell from the receipt what model windshield my insurance company paid for but maybe I will give the insurance company a call.

Came late for my appointment for windshield replacement, & after some deliberation, they accommodated me as long as I left it for them to do. As it turned out, they squeezed me in & finished the job in less than a couple hours, so I ended up waiting for it. Pus they replaced all my stickers! Good job all around.

Rescheduled twice with two different stories. Then the day of changed their story of why they cannot do the job. Very unprofessional, took two days off for the replacement still not completed. Try another location

Way overpriced........ Safelight wanted $400 dollars for a piece of side glass. And of course, they didnt have it in stock, it had to be ordered. I also got the distinct impression that they had better things to do and fixing my passenger side glass was not one of them. So the next day I called another auto glass place, they came to my job, replaced my broken glass, and charged my $150 dollars for the whole thing. $250 dollars less than Safelight.. $250 LESS! Whos trying to bend who over?
