This place is absolutely ridiculous. After changing my brake pads and rotors, I brought my car in because I was still having some driveline noises. Bill diagnosed it as my front brakes, going off of experience (his words not mine) and claiming that he disassembled the brakes twice to make sure this was the case. I was hesitant to believe this, but I trusted his judgment based off of who he is. Well, after charging $1400 to only change the front brakes (I was charged $160 for pads that are $40 a set!) the noise was still there. After being told that it was a different noise, we set off on a test drive on one of the noisiest roads (meadowbrook southbound) where I was told the noise was inaudible despite me clearly hearing it, and simply could not be fixed without great labor. Frankly, this is very disappointing, considering the fact I paid a lot extra for noise diagnosis and that I was reassured time and time again that the noise was no longer there. Maybe this place is good for Porsche, but if you love your BMW and your wallet, don’t take your car here. I am in the same place as when I started, just $1400 lighter.
