As a certified Mercury service center, I took my 2003 115HP Mercury outboard for replacement of faulty console controls. Also had both power and shift cables replaced. Total cost of $1261.64. Upon 1st use, I quickly discovered that the shift control was reversed (reverse setting was actually forward + forward setting was reverse). Was able to complete fishing trip but took in boat/motor immediately. It was repaired in several days and the 1 hour labor was covered; however, they insisted on charging me $27.60 for a Mercury Slide that they broke during the shift switch.

Always been a great experience with these guys! Chuck has always taken time to explain and does great work, and Jim has given fair and timely quotes on re-powering. Will use in future.

We arrived at the Freeport boat ramp to find our trailer wheel coming off the hub. We called Leader and Chuck got us setup for a repair right away. Trey took good care of us and even stuck around for us to get off the water that evening so we could pickup our trailer when we were done fishing. Great service from these guys. Highly recommended.

Honest, helpful and reliable. Picked up a boat from 1500 miles away and leader marine inspected it before I purchased it. Lots of parts throwing and not much knowledge when troubleshooting. Also when I picked my boat up for third time it was sitting in a mud hole, was covered in oil, grease and mud.
