Great store to shop at for good prices all around .

Had an awesome sale everything in the store was buy one get one 50% off of equal value

Just came out of this store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not 1 person asked me did I need any assistance. The security guard at the door is chasing all the customers down about wearing a mask. Mind you 2 of the 4 employees working there had NO MASK ON. Hands down the worst VIM I ever been in.

I have always liked the inexpensive clothes at VIM. Great for shopping on a budget. However, it is better to bring cash because it can be difficult to use a credit card. There should also be more sales associates on the floor to assist the customers.

The brands are fake and have bad quality.The Nike JDI sandals felt like cardboard and they don’t have the most common shoes in stock.

The manager is a selfish idiot. I bought a pair of sneakers with the advertised tag on it. When they rang me up it was reading 10 dollars more then the price on the sneaker, when in get home I said wait a minute looked at the receipt and said no I wont let them get away with that. Took it back and of course he noticed on the bottom it was a sneaker already worn, and thought I was coming back for that, but I said thanks for noticing I just left out here 5 min ago so you owe me 10 and a new unused sneaker while you at it, he went downstairs ripped the original tag off the sneaker and told me its not the price that was on there so I showed him a picture of the tag of course I took the pic before I brought it back, his mouth dropped. And he had a terrible attitude. Yes its a store with cheap things in it but theres no reason to act crazy like you have high end things. Im takin the complaint further!!!! Stay away from this place.. now that I look at it its probably all counterfeit from China just replicas... if a manager is not professional especially for 10 dollars then you dont need to shop here!

Ive never shopped at VIM and probably wont again. After shopping through the store sniffs settling on 3 pair of jeans and a pair of shorts only to find theres no fitting room (bummer). I didnt read my receipt. I wanted to return the ill fitting jeans, upon my visit back to the store they told me you get your cash within 7 days but you could exchange the items. There was nothing I wanted except my effing money. They told me I had 2 hours to exchange, what? 2 hours? What a joke 2 hours.
