I took a tv in September 2018 and prepaid $120 to get repair. Almost 2 years later it still isn’t fixed. I strong advise you to take your business somewhere else!

If I could rate this in the negative numbers I would. They have had my computer four months. I will be contacting the police to get it back. What a racket! They get your money upfront and then don’t fix it. They never once apologize.
They kept my friends computer for two months and refused to fix it any quicker. Cost $130 and my friend had to contact the police so they’d return it to him. They kept the $130 without even fixing the computer.

Worst service ever!They have had my little brothers phone for well over 6 months. Every time we have called or showed up they say they will get it done or other excuses! And now have ignored our calls because they know it’s us. Don’t go to them unless you never want your phone back!Either give us the phone and money back or we will be calling the police!
Awesome rates that dont increase, unlike the local cable company. Reliable service and you dont have to call 1-800 numbers to get help or fix your bill.. Very customer friendly and they offer a local office that you can stop at 6 days a week. Highly recommended. They also can repair your laptop, tv, desktop...you name it.
Great customer service and super helpful. Sent in a very old laptop for repair. Motherboard issue and they fixed that. Upon further review, there was also a hard drive issue. They repaired that for free since it wasnt caught during first diagnosis. Thank you Computer Pros. 5 Stars!
I sent in my PS4 for repairs on December 28, 2019. I have been civil, I have been patient. I want to know why it has taken almost 3 months to fix a power box. The first month and a half it was because of a bad part ordered. Fine I get it. Now they have a busy tone and I have to go into the store for an update. And every time I go in? Next week. I am coming to the end of my patience. Tell me why Its not fixed. Call me, email me. Quit jerking me around. EDIT: I waited. No one called. Im going in tomorrow. Sick of this.
Very poor customer service! Had our TV for over two months and we were given many excuses when wed call for an update.... bad part so had to order another, got behind when he went on vacation, had a scheduled install which was evidently more important than putting in the new part on a TV he had for almost 2 months. When we told him we just wanted the TV back, he wrote up on his repair report that we were unwilling to allow him to fix it!!!! Of course, there was no mention that he had already had this TV since Aug. 6th and that we picked it up on Oct. 12th. Oh, we were more than willing to let him fix it, but obviously he wasnt willing to make that a priority. Sad, sad, sad!! Blame the customer for your issues!!! Yes, the owner did offer to send the TV to Sony, but no explanation as to why it took him over a month to even install a part that we had to rush in and pay for in advance of him even ordering it!!! There is NO excuse for the amount of time that took or your rudeness to a customer who was clearly frustrated over your lack of prioritizing! Also, train your staff better so at least you all give the same excuse!
They have no customer service skills at all and lie to their customers, stringing them along with excuse after excuse as to what is taking so long to get their internet working. Who you need to talk to is never there and you are put on hold while the office texts him and you wait on the line for him to send in another lame excuse as to why you still dont have internet or you get told you will get a call back and there is no call back and just when you have had enough and call to demand real answers, they scream at you and call you a liar. They say that they did call you back, which is untrue. I would never recommend this company (used very loosely) to anyone ever again.
Ive had computer pros roughly 2 1/2 yrs. The customer service is not at all great! With paying your bill on time and then be without internet for 8 days just doesnt cut it. Ive returned my equipment and will have another carrier, with better mbps. If you cant accommodate the customer for the inconvenience then what other option is there? People only source is internet if no cable! How are you constantly repeating the same info to the customer about when services will be back up? I know this company wont get 1 star from me. Had to put 1 just to post but definitely not great customer service!Sincerely a unhappy customer!!!
Computer pros is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with if I could leave 0 stars I would. Customer service is just as bad. Internet has been out for 3 weeks the owner kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why it was not fixed. When I asked for my money back they say they cant give it back because I refuse to let them resolve it. Only thing is they never resolved it. I finally decided to switch companies since they cant resolve it. So please pay attention to all these reviews and dont do business with them
Ridiculous that people are going on 3 weeks without internet service. We keep getting to run around that someone is coming to fix it but no one shows up nor will they schedule someone to take a look. They are telling me service is down, but for 3 weeks?! what is going on?! This is unacceptable.
Had it for about a month before it went out and had to cancel because I was without internet or tv for about a month....still havent received refund from the 23 days I didnt receive internet and they keep giving me run around saying a manager needs to see what they owe me even tho I could tell them its 22-23 dollars because I only received internet for 8 days....apparently it take the computer pros a lot longer to figure things out when it come to money!!!!! WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!!!!!
Been without internet and phone for 10 days now, Ive called and gone down to the business in person to find out why and given the same parroted excuse a technician should call you today and services will be back up any day now everyday for the past 10 days. This company is a joke! I have paid for a months worth of services and received only 2 days of service so far this month! Worst customer service I have ever had in 45 years of dealing with telecommunication companies, and I was. Customer Service Agent for serveral companies!
Been without internet for 3wks and everytime I call I get the the same response and then call again n they say it should be up and running Friday or Saturday by 8 and yet no internet and Ive never had a problem with them till 3 wks ago Ive been nice and trying to give them chances but its the same excuse everytime so come Monday they will be getting there router back cause obviously its not getting fix
Buyers beware, this business is a complete rip off. The owner Jesse, Took a 55 inch TV in for repair and upon receiving it he accidentally hit the corner of the television screen cracking it. He then stated to my girlfriend that he would replace it with another television After a month or so she received a 55 inch TCL Smart TV. Yeah, that excitement was short-lived due to that television too had Issues. This TV was replaced with another and the saga continues. After almost a year of waiting for insurance checks and replacement parts my girlfriend and likewise I were fed up with antics of this shyster, deciding it was time for him to pay for the loss of this television. On Thursday April the 5th 2018 My girlfriend and I went to his business to receive funds for the replacement, however there was a discrepancy on what day that he would have the funds available. The two parties agreed that Saturday April 7, 2018 at 9 o’clock will be the time for pick up and I would be the one picking up the money. My job called me in early that morning and you guessed it at 9 o’clock so I could not make the pick up time. Today April 10, 2018 my girlfriend and I travel to his store to pick up the funds, one of the female associates came from the rear and asked how she could help us my girlfriend told her that she was here to pick up Funds for a television the associate looked into the Cash register and pulled out a form as well as a check, things were looking good until my girlfriend ask how much is the check and she stated $97, of course we asked for the manager and he stated that you paid $97. the $97 is the price of the repair the television was not repaired nor was the replacement given back to her so of course it got heated and words were exchange and we were told to leave the premises or the police will be called, so I called the police.The Freeport police showed up and spoke to us regarding the matter and than enter the shop getting the owners side of the story. This guy has a history of Screwing people around so people unless you want to deal with a similar drama stay away from this shyster at computer pros. You might get ripped off like my Girlfriend!! If I could give this business zero stars I would however, it will not allow me to do so so I had to get this jerk one star.
It dec 23---no internet---reach recording that say office closed dec 24 and of course dec 25 christmas day--- will i be without service for 3 or more days???

Phone service works when it wants to and when I call Im told hold let me send a signal. This happens every month. Looking for another telephone provider that I can depend on.
Computer pros is not a company Ill recommend to someone!! They took my money!! I was told i would receive a check in the mail because i had to cancel my service due to the bank buying my house. Only had service for like 2days and for what i was assuming i was supposed to get a month... Jessie is the manager. he was so rude and need to work on his Customer service a lil more.

I recommend a different internet service I got internet last Tuesday from these guys and only been able to use it for like 2 days maybe 3 then didn’t connect at all I called and told them and now I got to pay 50 more dollars just for them to come fix it I’m switching companies this a waste of time can’t stay connected at all smh horrible connections real serious
The lady I talked to was absolutley horrible to talk with she told me what their records show... I told her we canceled their service 2 years ago and she proceeded to tell me that it was disconnected in February 2017 for missed payment and their equipment wasnt returned .. I told her that we canceled and turned in the equipment that we had.. and then I was told once again our records show so I asked your records can never be wrong?? She said Im not saying that... then what are you saying???

I have been a paid on time customer for about a year, very poor customer service. I was without working phone service for 3 1/2 days of this month and several times I asked if we (customers) would be credited our accounts. The owner was not so willing to give me credit by saying I didnt report it but once, when each day It was him I spoke to. His whole attitude is very nasty when it comes to customer service. Eventually he will drive his customer away. The internet is very slow, at first I thought it was my computer until I bought a brand new one. I will not be referring anyone to this company!! As of april from the 1st to the 20th I didnt have service that was paid for on march 30th! I like others have been given one reason after another as to why the service wasnt working along with when it was going to be restored! 20 days for me and 30 days for others, well isnt that enough time to have service restored! quit lying to people! when we asked for money to be refunded it bs every time! stop taking peoples money and not offer service or product! its called fraud and its punishable!!! my advise to anyone or everyone do not continue to pay for service you might not get!!! When asked for the name of owner the girl at the desk refuse to give his full name! she is just as guilty as he is with the whole thing!!!
Customer service sucks!!!!!!! The lady called me an idiot? Also my boyfriend was previously working there and when he went to go cash his check multiple times he was turned away due to them having no money in their account! Then proceeded to call me the idiot and the office girl hung up on me multiple times. I would never recommend this place!
