Helpful folks at parts counter who are very knowledgeable of all different machinery you maybe working on. Know how kind of people in the L & G Dept. As well.

Dave and Dean in the service department have been so helpful and kind! They are professional and understanding. If it werent for them, I wouldnt be able to continue to maintain my property. I highly recomend these guys and wish I could given them a bonus!!!

Contacted small engine service over a month ago for work on my 420. Was told they were busy and hed get back to me within a week to a week and a half. I stopped in 2 weeks after my first call (it was at the beginning of the week), was told he would get me in that week or the next. Its been 2 weeks and nothing, no phone call no follow up. My guess, you have to purchase the unit from them to get work performed. Gonna try Monroe JD.

We recently purchased a lawn mower from Holland and Sons and could not be more pleased with the customer service and help in deciding what fit our needs and with all of our questions! They are very knowledgeable. I have also purchased a Stihl chain saw from them and am very pleased with it. My family has done business here for many years and I wont go any where else.

I called up Holland & Sons to get my mower in for small engine work that had stumped me. When I described what was going on, the Service Manager spent 15 minutes talking it through with me and helped me diagnose what might be the problem. Rather than make me wait two weeks for the repair and charge me $150, he spent the 15 minutes with me to help me do it myself. He definitely earned my business from this point on. VERY WELL DONE!!! (By the way, his advice worked, and I fixed it in 10 minutes!!)

They seem overloaded and unable to repair items in a timely manner. I have had to call several times for updates on my chainsaw. The first time they hadnt even looked at it after a week. Then they kept saying they would call me back and update me by the next day. That never happened. They have had the chainsaw over 3 weeks now and they just told me a part is backordered. Would have believed them if they told me that on week 1.

I buy parts here occasionally and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating regardless what size my order is!

I bought an attachment for my x738 lawn tractor from them basically over the phone for a fair price drove 3 hours ....paid for it and was loaded in 15 minutes and headed back home. Andrew Gustafason was great to work with..
