The young lady who helped me was amazing. Ive been wanting aviator sunglasses for years but have never found a style that I liked, even at other Sunglass Huts. She listened to what I was looking for and found me not one but two pairs that I liked.
Quick and easy experience the only thing was I went in for replacement lenses for my oakleys and they didnt have any so I bought a new pair instead 😄 the employee was knowledgeable about my needs and was very helpful. It was unfortunate I wasnt able to get what I initially wanted but again was able to get a new pair of shades.
Absolute worst customer service. Happened to interact with the store manager there who told me that I could just throw my glasses in the trash after I asked for advice on how to fix them. I work retail and have seen it all but this location has the worst person in charge.Never had issues with Sunglass hut before but I will never go back.
They open when ever they feel like it. A week before Christmas posted time is 10am and opened at12:20
Website and Google says they open at 10 am. I drove 45 minutes south to get here for 10 am and waited for 30 minutes past 10 am and nobody is there. Update your hours or make sure your employees are here on time. Will never shop here again.
Had the most amazing customer experience at this sunglass hut. That’s hard to come by these days. The manager and associates are friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely return.
Went in to purchase sunglasses for my family, prepared to spend a significant amount of money. We were completely ignored while the cashiers went on about how disappointed they were that they wouldnt be able to attend the Old Port Festival due to having to be at work. That would have been tolerable if we werent then followed by the admittedly grumpy, male employee who cleaned the lenses on each pair of glasses we tried on, still without bothering to speak to us. We opted to go to the Mall and make our purchase there.
My card was charged twice. They said it would drop of within 48hrs, but that did not happen. I then was told I had to call a corporate number to get help. They had me fill out paper work to get my money back and said it would take weeks!! I am returning the purchase and never shopping here again. Very unhelpful.
Honestly... Quite surprised. Just kidding, I was greeted by lack-luster employees who didnt bother to ask me if I needed help, which is something that I actually did need. Shame, shame, shame.
