They give great customer service and tips here. Their paint is higher in price but after using for 25 years I find it is worth it. Plus they keep track of the paints and colors you use some you can always get a color match if you forget your color.

First time in the Freeport store. Friendly and fast service. Will be my go to store.

I continue to come back to the Freeport Sherwin-Williams store because of the staff. Amanda has helped me for years with color choice and best product for the job. Cory is also very helpful and we dont go anywhere else for our paint.

Inconsistent. I took paint back to exchange a couple weeks ago and had no problems the guy was very nice and helped me carry paint to the car. I came back today to change out more paint and the manager said I couldn’t because of the expiration date. The paint I had exchanged before had the same expiration date. I asked her if she could tint the paint I have and she said it won’t be the same color. Understandable. Just irritated that now half of my house is painted and now apparently the paint that has been paid for already won’t be able to be used.

The main encouragement would be the helpfulness provided at the store. I have been in the store in the past week or so several times as I try to decide what type of paint and what colors to use to paint the interior of my home (and exterior later). Amanda has been very patient with me each time and very helpful...this friendliness and helpfulness makes a big difference to me in my choosing which store to shop and I would relay this information to anyone that asked me about Sherwin-Williams in Freeport...

Wanted to see if there was miss tinted paint. Lady was kind of rude about it. Cant really see miss tinted paint over the phone I kind of have to come there to see it duh. Told me I to call the store so I could what stand outside and have a conversation and couldnt have an interaction with me. Another Corona tarded business.

Expert advise on which base paint is best used with which colors. I wanted very bright orange-ish red paint, and would have selected the wrong base for that, if the gentleman hadnt pointed this out to me! The one-on-one consultation is fabulous there.

It is a clean store and we were treated very well and helped with kind of paint and even help with colors. Freeport is our store in Illinois and Amanda is tremendous. We have worked with her many times and she knows her stuff and couldnt be nicer. We enjoy buying paint from her store. Thank You!!!!
