Tried visiting a couple months ago and the store was closed. Sign in the window stated that the store was closed for the rest of the day. Today we checked and the Google search said they were open. Drove 1.5 hours only to find the store closed and the same sign in the window. My wife really wanted the purse in the front window so I thought about looking on line but I refuse to give my money to a company that treats customers this way. They obviously dont read their reviews as people have been posting complaints for months. They just dont care.

We tried to visit five days In a row before finally having someone in the information booth answer the phone and say they wouldn’t open until the end of July. All three of us are Dooney purchasers and are disgusted that they didn’t post that they were closed until the end of July. This is incredibly poor and reflects badly on dooney and Bourke. All three of us intended to buy purses - your loss.

Tried one day last week and again today to visit the store. Both times there was a sign on the door apologizing and saying they’d be closed “the rest of the day.” Don’t waste a trip.

Drove two hours for our annual “Dooney day.” Sign on the door saying they are closed for the day. Website not updated and says they’re open.Saw a line of people waiting and no one to open.Apparently they have no staff and the store is “closed indefinitely”.Don’t make the trip.

Did phone order with Lisa...exceptional customer service!! Also, had spoken to Morgan(great customer service as well) in regards trying to search a bag for me in their inventory...she was so patient, and looked through all bags! Will shop with them again..recommend them to others :)

Love this store! I have always wanted a Dooney and Bourke bag and today I purchased two. This store has a wonderful selection and I cant believe how reasonable the prices are. My salesperson, Theresa, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I will be back. Thank you, Theresa!!

Reasonably priced first rate items. Love this place. Staff friendly and attentive. Great selection of various styles and colors. Ask for a special color and they will watch for it to come in and call you.

I cannot say enough positive things about this outlet! The store is well organized & FULL of gorgeous handbags! However, my favorite part of this store is definitely the staff- they are ALL simply amazing!! I have had some recent experiences with several of the staff members at this store. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable & were MORE than accommodating. They truly went above & beyond their duties to provide me with exceptional customer service!! Thank you guys SOOO much!! I cant wait to visit your store again!!

Loved the smell of the rich leather that greeted me as I entered for the first time. I did not know there was a Dooney store in Freeport... Its a good thing... Now that I do know Ive gotta be careful! 😁 Great sales! If you havent tried a Dooney and Bourke bag... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??!!!

Ive gone to this location each year while on vacation for over 18yrs.I will say the store is very nicely set up but the staff rarely smile and to be honest makes one feel a little uneasy.I buy mostly Louis Vuitton Bags now and each and every time I have received such a welcome and good conversation. I can actually remember each clerk that did my transaction as she made me feel special and really wanted me to enjoy my new bag.I know Dooney and Bourke is nowhere in this price bracket but I think they should realize that for many this is a splurge to buy one of their bags as it was for me many years ago and it would be so very nice to attached a nice experience at your store to add to the memories of buying that special bag at your store.I will stop by again this October with high hopes that things have improved in the customer service area.

Beautiful bags, i thought worth the splurge....but definitely not. Woman at the store had no knowledge of a warranty and referred me to customer service but did not know their number. Overall awful experience at freeport location :( My very big splurge of a purse and matching wallet did not even last a year & zipper tore from the leather on both & they were not overly full by any means. So sad that i did not find a new bag company. I will not ever buy a Dooney and Burke and will stick with the long standing Coach handbags. Thoroughly disappointed

From the minute we walked in the store, both clerks were rather rude! However, I really wanted a specific Dooney and Bourke bag! One for myself the other a gift. Found the one I wanted right away, continue to look for the second bag which was to be a gift. When I went to check out the clerk was so rude she literally jerked my credit card from my hand. I couldn’t believe we were treated so very rudely! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I kept the gift and returned the bag I wanted! Crazy thing is I don’t know why we were treated so rudely! Sad & disappointed!!!

Nice organized well stocked store, it was an enjoyable visit with one exception. The cashier, I thought she was very rude. I listened as she waited on the customers in front of me and was thinking how rude she sounded. She was the same when she waited on me. It wasnt her words that was rude but the tone. She was loud and had a rude rushed tone. I dont know if it was because she had a friend in there or if she is normally that way. This would have been 11/14/16 around 2:30.

Lol people still shop here? Hasnt this trend died out yet!? Pretty ugly stuff for a trashy clientele, though maybe just a tad better than coach...

Awesome Store! Great variety of beautiful purses to choose from! Staff was very helpful & courteous!!!
