Compressor is quality. Support is lacking.

Great machines, and wonderful support. They have gone out of their way to keep me up and running. Im on my third compressor so its been a lot of years.

Where should I start.. first off the unit was delivered with faulty hardware and forget about Service with them. Ive been trying to set up a 4000 hour service and since I didnt sign up for a 5 year service plan they seem to just brush me off.. I do not recommend using Atlas Copco. I should have gone with Ingersoll-Rand to be honest.

Service @ first was just ok . But it has it as been over 1 year and the 15hp compressor is still not working and getting someone out here to fix it has been a nightmareAltas compo 15 horse double pumpCame in damagedReplaced damage parts took About 8 weeksRelays burned out in the first couple of monthsThe rod broke on one of the pumpsIt took them a three month or so to replace itThen the other pump though a rod and it took multiple calls to get someone out hereThen when they did show up they brought a different set of relays (did not need)After many more phones over a period of months they finally replaced the pumpThen one of the pumps did not start again it took them a few more months the come outI called many time and they finally sent me to the service managers phone message system over and over then after a few more months he called me and said he never got any of the messages and ask me what number was I calling? You have got to be kidding!The service manager and a tech finally came out but were not able to resolve the problem.Another month in a half I finally got them to send another tech out for the problem and his answer was that is the way it supposed to run. UnbelievableNow on 3/12/19 about 14 to 15 month after I purchased this compressor they are going to pick it up and try to fix it in the their shop.
