Paul and his partner bailed me out of a situation. We had purchased a built-in refrigerator, only to have the delivery team leave it at our curb. I found Paul online. He was articulate and understood what needed to be done. He was gracious enough to fit me into his schedule. On the day of installation, he and his partner carefully brought the 600lb refrigerator into the house and installed it. My family is thrilled to have a working fridge again.

I knew I was speaking with someone who knew his stuff. On the scheduled date, Paul and RB came on time, kept me up to date and performed a fantastic job. I really wished it would have worked out. I hired Paul to install a 42 built-in fridge. Waited 2 weeks for the install only to find out they could not install the fridge because of incline was too steep for two people. Paul was very professional, prompt with the quote, Texted 2 days before with an installation window and texted me the day of 30 mins before arrival. All though the outcome of this install was not what I was looking for I dont feel it is right for me to give Paul anything less than 5 stars even though I am frustrated at how this didnt workout. This was something that he was not aware of nor was I. He did give me recommendations of other installers that could help me out.
